31/05/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and everything was excellent. The dishes are, those I tried of course, all prepared with fresh fish and sometimes with more "exciting" combinations. There are not many seats so it is better to book in advance but, the attention they dedicate to customers, is maximum. Recommended

05/08/2025: In the heart of Pollutri, we discovered this magnificent agriturismo/restaurant run with overwhelming passion by Francesco and Maria Concetta. Their cuisine is the most sincere and delicious expression of Abruzzo's tradition: simple, authentic dishes prepared with excellent, locally sourced seasonal produce. Every flavor tells the story of this wonderful land. Francesco and Maria Concetta are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home, like family. A culinary and human experience we recommend to anyone near Vasto. If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Abruzzo and a warm welcome, L'Olivastro is a must-see. We'll be back very soon!

25/07/2025: A truly positive experience, the venue was perfect in every way, and the staff were exceptional. Carmine and Giovanni are fantastic people. I highly recommend them to everyone. The panoramic terrace offers a view of San Luca.

11/07/2025: Excellent food, terrible welcome and service, not a hello, not a smile, not a thank you or please. They throw their cards on the table, they randomly place their dishes without asking who ordered. 3 rude waitresses, and not just with our table, it creates a very unpleasant atmosphere.

05/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic! Super good food, and in huge quantities, I'm still dreaming of those pappardelle with wild boar ragù! With super low prices for the quantity and quality! I'm originally from the area but I don't live there anymore.. I can't wait for the next vacation, and as a second half it will be to eat this delight again 😋

19/07/2025: Delicious food. The waitress advised us on what to choose. The best lamb I've ever eaten. Even the kids were tempted and loved it. Nice place, great atmosphere. I recommend visiting it on your vacation in Montesilvano.

09/08/2025: I returned after a few years but was disappointed. I don't think it deserves a Michelin star anymore. The place is nice and has remained unchanged. The staff is sometimes friendly but sometimes a bit rushed and uninterested. I had a pasta dish (good) and then for our main course we chose the grilled fish of the day. They recommended the John Dory, but the portion was really meager, with a small side of vegetables (they had said potatoes and vegetables, but only the vegetables arrived), for €20 each. They told us they grilled it, but honestly, it didn't taste like grill, it tasted like anything. Plus, we had to fillet it ourselves on the plate, so by the time I started eating it, it was already cold. We got very little meat out of one fish. Too bad, I thought I was going to have a good fish meal, but the portions were meager and the prices were unreasonable. Two dishes with a glass of wine were €50 each. The sad fish in the photo. I had good memories of it a few years ago, but from now on I don't think it will be worth going back.

05/08/2025: Very intrigued by this historic restaurant, which I'd never tried before, I decided to book a dinner with my husband. Recommended Michelin restaurant with average service and hospitality. A nice brick location with maritime decor; don't expect a sea view. We ordered two portions of crudités (5 pieces + 1 oyster and 3 mini shrimp each), two portions of hot appetizers (5 pieces), water, wine, dessert, and coffee. Everything was average; perhaps the best was the licorice parfait. The cuttlefish tagliatelle with crispy Altino peppers came in second, and the tuna tartare came in third. Perhaps the prices need to be reviewed, as they're more in line with the Milanese market than the Abruzzo one.

08/08/2025: Excellent location. Attentive and friendly service. Top-notch arrosticini. Interesting appetizers and sides, as shown in the photos, are worth trying. Advance reservations recommended.

03/08/2025: We are a group of Roman friends who were passing through and decided to stop for dinner at this fantastic place! Top quality! Delicious products, and the food was truly delicious. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars... at the end of the meal, we asked for coffee and were told they only had decaf, which is quite unusual for a restaurant, especially an Italian one. Despite this small inconvenience, it's definitely a place I'd happily return to if I ever have the chance again!

05/06/2025: Here you can eat quickly and tasty. Pizza is served after 7:00 PM. Large selection of toppings, very tasty dough. I think everyone will find a pizza to their taste. Orders are accepted at the cash register, and they are picked up there. Disposable tableware.

26/05/2025: Tasty pizzas with excellent ingredients and great variety. The owners, friendly and welcoming, did not make us miss our beautiful Naples. We will gladly return.

06/08/2025: A charming venue, meticulously maintained, suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. Excellent cuisine: delicate, flavorful, and delicious, without overdoing it and risking ruining the deliciousness of the dishes. Stefano, the chef, is extremely knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances and, regardless, takes every possible measure to avoid cross-contamination and food-related issues. If you have a special occasion to celebrate, this is definitely a venue to choose!
