29/07/2025: we asked friendly for a special and romantic table whilst booking in advance. at arrival we were placed at the worst table on the terrasse. by intervention the stuff said, all other tables were not available. the factt, they were not, the table we wanted, minutes later a men couple was allowed to choose it without pre booking. it tooks a long time to order, no waiters were disponible. we had to go several times into the restaurant room, because they forgot parts of the dishes. no stamped menu cards, which is a no go. during the whole process the waiiters were not motivated and not friendly. the primo was good, the pizza was not really on a high level, lower mid range. all in all the worst restaurant experience we had in the abruzzo region. we don’t recommend!

30/07/2025: If you happen to be in the Teramo area, you can't miss the opportunity to visit this restaurant in Canzano, a hilltop village overlooking the valleys. Above all, it offers a menu of local specialties carefully curated by the kitchen and presented by the legendary Francesca, the "Nefertiti of Canzano," ready to advise you on the best way to enjoy the menu and show you the magnificent snow cave below the restaurant. Recommendations: the turkey Canzanese-style is a must, but the spaghetti alla lacrima di Trebbiano or Montepulciano are even better! And if you're lucky (or if you book), the sturgeon: despite its name, it's a truly exquisite dessert that takes days to prepare, but it never disappoints!

22/07/2025: Incredible cuisine! Flavors, unique dishes, and hospitality you won't find in many places. Plus, the added bonus of a visit to the "fridge" gives this place a special charm. First time, but surely the beginning of many more. Thank you for everything!

28/06/2025: Chieti is a quiet city in central Italy, a bit decadent in some places. The Teatini, on the other hand, have proven to be simple and very welcoming people. The Teatino menu is a nice mix of land and homemade pasta. Lots of flavors. The Teate is a nice place that has been appreciated for its service and good food. Very good. And the bill will leave you speechless W Chieti sleepy

Qualità-prezzo ottima. Personale cortese e servizio rapido, nonostante ci fossero molte persone. Consiglio la prenotazione.

29/07/2025: Se potessi dare -10 lo farei, ma siccome il minimo è 1, questo è il mio voto. In 27 anni non ho mai vissuto un’esperienza più spiacevole né un servizio peggiore di quello in questo ristorante. La discriminazione verso gli stranieri è estremamente evidente. Persone arrivate dopo di noi sono state fatte sedere prima, con la scusa che ci sarebbe stato comunque posto anche per noi. C’erano due tavoli liberi, e quelli arrivati dopo di me sono stati messi in un posto molto più bello, mentre io sono stato sistemato in un passaggio stretto accanto alla cucina e al bagno. Mi si è rivoltato lo stomaco ancora prima che arrivasse il cibo. Il cibo è in realtà molto buono per il prezzo, ma a causa del servizio, questo ristorante non mi rivedrà mai più. Non ho mai vissuto una discriminazione così palese.

07/08/2025: Everything was excellent! The arrosticini were excellent, and so were the side dishes! The first course was also excellent: the burnt wheat cazzeellitti with Gregorian cheese and speck!

25/04/2025: Prezzo fantastico in relazione alla qualità di un pranzo che sarà difficile da pareggiare: primo, secondo, contorno, dolce, caffè, bevande. Tutto questo a soli 27 euro a testa, con piena soddisfazione. Posto casereccio ma allo stesso tempo di classe, servizio impeccabile, tempistiche perfette. Tanta roba.

27/07/2025: First of all, I wanted to thank Vanessa, who took care of the table service: she was kind and very patient. We found the food very good, and the atmosphere, though a little cramped outside for obvious reasons, was cozy and pleasant. I will definitely be back to try other specialties.
