The service is impeccable: discreet yet always present, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who recommend tasting menus and food pairings, without ever being intrusive. The carefully crafted atmosphere makes the venue ideal for a romantic dinner, a sophisticated occasion, or simply to indulge in a truly relaxing evening. We chose the seven-course tasting menu, thoughtfully structured with three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert from the menu. The option to customize the menu with a few variations is appreciated, albeit at an additional cost, confirming the desire to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The sequence of dishes reveals a cuisine that is both modern and rooted in the region. The carpaccio is memorable, fresh and well-balanced, reflecting a commitment to the finest ingredients. The tortelli stuffed with ventricina are full of character, a dish that combines refined technique and local identity, with a rich filling balanced by balanced toppings. Small touches of refinement abound: entrées designed to introduce the experience with lightness and curiosity, and a selection of small pastries to gracefully conclude the experience, in keeping with the cuisine's style. The bill, in keeping with the quality of the dishes, service, and ambiance, offers a balanced and fair value for a gastronomic experience of this caliber. Materia Prima is therefore a stop that deserves to be included in the map of Abruzzo's finest restaurants.

12/08/2025: An elegant, modern, welcoming location. On the veranda, spectacular view of the lake, relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, fast, prepared, kind staff, impeccable service. Careful, classy plating. We tasted every single dish, well-defined and delicate flavors, the "plin" an enveloping taste. It was a beautiful experience, unique emotion, gourmet journey, very high quality in everything, to be repeated. Truly top, to be tried. Fair prices

28/08/2025: This family-run agriturismo offers traditional local dishes. Everything is handmade, from the bread and pasta to the cured meats and cheeses (although they don't produce everything they buy, it's genuine). Everything is accompanied by the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Reservations are recommended.

05/08/2025: In the heart of Pollutri, we discovered this magnificent agriturismo/restaurant run with overwhelming passion by Francesco and Maria Concetta. Their cuisine is the most sincere and delicious expression of Abruzzo's tradition: simple, authentic dishes prepared with excellent, locally sourced seasonal produce. Every flavor tells the story of this wonderful land. Francesco and Maria Concetta are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home, like family. A culinary and human experience we recommend to anyone near Vasto. If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Abruzzo and a warm welcome, L'Olivastro is a must-see. We'll be back very soon!

24/09/2025: We spent five days at this truly beautiful resort. We stayed in the junior suite; the veranda with the Jacuzzi is truly amazing. The view is beautiful: cultivated hills, and you can even see the sea. We truly relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone, and the rooms with Jacuzzis are a huge plus!

06/10/2025: On Saturday evening, my partner and I had a wonderful evening. The service was truly excellent, the food was good, except for two minor issues, and the location was very well-kept and clean. If we ever find ourselves in Scafa again, we'll definitely return.

The atmosphere was truly elegant and refined, the meat selection was truly exquisite, and the menu was quite varied and full of delicious options, including local products. The prices are perhaps a little high, but I think they justify the quality of the food. Service was a little slow, but that's understandable considering it was packed on a Sunday lunchtime. I highly recommend it!

10/10/2025: If you don't go, if you don't experience it, if you don't let Aristide guide you blindly, if you don't let Stefania's sweetness captivate you, if you don't trust Steven completely, and if you don't let Stefano captivate you with every bite, then you won't be able to live the dream we lived. Casale Marino was the perfect setting for our wedding: elegant, subtle, refined, and full of joy. The staff is made up of first-rate professionals; nothing is left to chance. It's perfect.

27/09/2025: I was passing through here with a friend and we stumbled upon this lovely place. We immediately noticed the extremely kind and cheerful waitresses, who promptly got us a table. This kindness continued throughout the dinner, with attentive service, food recommendations, and infectious smiles. The food was absolutely excellent, the service was fast and precise, and the atmosphere felt like home. We're really happy and, if we have the chance, we'll definitely be back! ❤️

27/09/2025: This great restaurant was recommended to us by a local in Montesilvano. It serves delicious Abruzzo arrosticini made with lamb or liver, and a wonderful tiramisu. I recommend booking a table or stopping by right after they open (especially on weekends). Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: Sandwiches with traditional products and a cute location. There's not much space inside, but there are benches outside in the little square. We waited 15 minutes for 7 sandwiches, but it was worth it. Very nice and friendly staff.
