Fresh fish and ever-changing ideas for pairing it with different dishes, depending on whether you're talking raw, hot, or cold. Specifically, we sampled complete appetizers with oysters and noteworthy raw fish, smoked spaghetti with Normandy butter, anchovy sauce and bottarga, and to finish, a crispy, dry fried fish. The Trebbiano wine from an Abruzzo winery was paired with the dish. The price was absolutely competitive and in line with what we tasted.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice... a welcoming location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, all the dishes we ordered were impeccable, from the raw appetizers to the cooked ones, to the cold ones, etc. No imperfections, the ingredients were fresh, handled and served with care and expertise. Elegant restaurant on the seafront in the northern part of Francavilla, with prompt and professional service. Five of us had both raw and hot appetizers and two first courses. The appetizers were varied, unusual, sometimes paired with unique sauces that showcased the ingredients. The two first courses created by the chef were fantastic. Welcome to a complimentary bubbly, we dined on three very good bottles. The price was absolutely in line with what we ate. I'll be back.
