18/06/2024: Ho sperimentato la cucina di questo ristorante in occasione di un matrimonio presso il Monastero Fortezza di Santo Spirito. Non trovo parole adeguate per esprimere il mio entusiasmo per i piatti che ho assaporato. Non avevo mai visto un buffet con una tale varietà di antipasti, tutti straordinari, per la qualità delle materie prime, ma anche per la fantasia negli abbinamenti e la maestria nelle tecniche di cottura. Da quelli a base di carne, al pesce, ai salui ai formaggi, al pane. Il pranzo è stato buonissimo, con ravioli in brodetto e pappardelle al ragù di anatra, ed altrettanto la torta nuziale ed il buffet di dolci. Davvero complimenti agli chef, anche per il servizio attentissimo e per la presentazione di tutte le pietanze. Eleganza e sapori che non possono lasciare indifferenti!!!
09/06/2024: A pearl in the Abruzzo countryside in the province of Pescara. Minimal chic place. Detached service (dare I say "austere") but professional and elegant like the place. I thought I'd end up with a bit of an appetite, but instead you leave full and not weighed down by the quality of the food. It's a place to bring friends and make a good impression on excellence.

15/07/2024: Let Franchino advise you; it has to be taken with a grain of salt, but then it turns out to be nice. Had dinner 3 times and all with different menus; pasta, meat, not to mention the hot/cold appetizer; really all very good. An excellent "tagliata", like this I have never eaten.!!!!

Well-stocked cellar.
Very clean place.

16/07/2024: Aucun respect des clients qui comptent venir manger chez vous. On se déplace et on tombe sur un panneau signalant que vous êtes en vacances jusqu’au 05 août !! Pourquoi ne pas l’indiquer sur votre site internet nous sommes en 2024 !!!
29/06/2024: Un restaurant découvert un peu par hasard qui nous a bluffé ! Un recommandé Michelin plus qu'abordable, avec des prix compris entre 10 et 20 €. La qualité est au rendez-vous, le service impeccable et le décor pittoresque. Je vous conseille vivement le détour pour un dîner en amoureux à Pescara.

18/07/2024: Not a great experience, an outdoor summer venue, with a characteristic fish tank which however attracts mosquitoes and co. Good pizzas but they arrived at decidedly different times, we ate in shifts. For this disservice I would have expected something offered. We will give him another opportunity, if anything we will try again in the autumn and try inside.

19/07/2024: I recommend this place!!! We had dinner and ate very well, I recommend the typical Abruzzo dishes, the fried cheese, the mazzanelle, the Abruzzo first courses and the kebabs. Excellent quality of food and fair price. I will definitely be back!!

25/06/2024: Sono andato due volte a mangiare e devo ammettere che si mangia divinamente e tutto fresco, purtroppo la seconda volta abbiamo pagato un conto salatissimo non attenendosi propriamente ai prezzi del menù, infatti un antipasto normale è costato 30 euro che aggiunto a un coperto di 2.50 euro ha fatto lievitare di tanto il conto finale, bravi ma troppo cari
