01/04/2024: Beautiful location with adjoining garden, also excellent for families with children. Tables outside and inside in a bright room. Excellent food, varied and plentiful, especially the fried foods. You can't leave the place without trying the craft beer, of course. Very courteous staff. There are many initiatives to retain and entertain customers.

01/04/2024: Nice place, good sandwiches and beers...even if €6 for a 0.4L beer is a bit much. Young staff, but they should be a little more affable and smiling.

29/03/2024: I will ditto another review - fantastic food and service. It was obvious all staff are on high alert to serve you as you desire - not too much and not too little - and with genuine friendliness and excellence. Pizza - radicchio and pancetta was outstanding and wife's patatosa with artichoke also excellent. Also noted that it is a nice place to bring a bigger group.

23/04/2024: Excellent welcome on the razor's edge.... Arrived for lunch at 1.55pm and the kitchen closed at 2pm. Luigi, the owner, welcomed us anyway after consulting his sister Giuseppina, an exceptional cook. We had tortelli with amazing asparagus, ragù pie and cod polenta. Very high quality of the products and a lot of passion from the whole team. They make you feel at home like a real family. A gem, around 2.30pm the staff prepare the table for their lunch and with great brotherhood they ask us to taste the risotto with cod and some baked sea bass that the Dear Giuseppina had prepared for them. Thank you all for the wonderful Sunday spent with you.

17/03/2024: We came a few years ago and were delighted to discover this restaurant. Unfortunately, the kitchen has deteriorated. The products are of very good quality but we have the impression that in the kitchen there was minimal service with minimal use of olive oil. For example, the vegetables were bland; the chicken salad was dry as was the green sauce that accompanied it; not to mention the fish linguine which also lacked olive oil. Of course, at the table everyone had a small bottle of a few centimeters of oil, but this cannot replace the lack of use when preparing the dishes. Also note a great confusion in the menu presented where everything, starters, main courses, desserts, is happily mixed.

22/02/2024: Tastefully furnished place, professional, friendly and I add friendly staff which I really like, fresh and very well cooked food, you can choose between meat and fish, it deserves 5 stars... I highly recommend it.

07/04/2024: As far as I'm concerned, it's the point of reference in Vicenza for Mediterranean fish cuisine. Quality always at the top, the menu adapts to the catch, refined but simple dishes, informal and professional service. Many restaurants today pay too much attention to form and too little to substance, but at Molo (2024) the substance is there, good dishes, right portions, in short, you don't leave hungry, like in other renowned places.

15/03/2024: Historic restaurant in the area where I had lunch with the menu of the day. Generous portions and quite good. The schnitzel was huge and well prepared. The side dish was also good. The place looks good, very crowded during the week because the food is good, plentiful and you pay the right price. The style is typical of the Venetian trattorias of the past. I don't know the evening menu but I imagine it is similar: abundant and tasty dishes, typical of the Venetian tradition. Engaged and friendly staff. Prices are ok.

05/04/2024: Had lunch in this beautiful location for the second time for Easter lunch and it was a reconfirmation! The à la carte menu is consistently amazing, I would like to underline that each dish is truly well thought out and cared for. The bread is also homemade, delicious! Friendly and attentive service, certainly honest prices if we consider the average for the area and the quality of the food and the environment. What can I say? Absolutely worth returning

21/03/2024: The location changed, but it gained... Problems with the 5 tables in line with the door which opens every 5 seconds creating gusts of frozen air 😔😔😔 Mahhhhh.... The croissants and the bignolata are so TOPPPPPP that everything goes away!!!!!!

30/03/2024: Looking for a place to have lunch during a short trip to Bassano, we chose the Fermenteria after a quick Google search, seeing the positive reviews. In short: it definitely deserves positive reviews. Excellent food (we had the bruschetta with soft-boiled egg and tuna belly, then different first courses for each), excellent and friendly service and a price appropriate to the level of the food. Truly a nice discovery. Probably an encore 😀
