I returned to the Marche master Cedroni to once again live an experience that, since I was a child, has always aroused great curiosity in me: Marco Polo's journey.
Here, in this splendid location, the story comes to life through a wonderful and surprising gastronomic journey, where each dish is a work of art, capable of transporting the palate through different eras and cultures.
The pairings are also exceptional, with a curated selection of Marche and international wines, perfect to accompany this sensorial adventure.
An experience that combines history, flavors and creativity, making every bite a small journey through time. Absolutely unmissable.

The location is splendid among the hills of Arfanta, the service is excellent from the staff who are always very kind, the spit is superb and the choice of wines is wide. Highly recommended.

Very well looked after both externally and internally.
The interior furnishings are characterized by re-adapted and well-placed pieces of peasant life.
Everything very clean, including the bathrooms.
The food is genuine, well made with many varieties of vegetables reworked among appetizers, first courses and side dishes.
Good cured meats.
Good desserts too
All typical of a farmhouse!
You can also buy cured meats, desserts (such as Easter focaccia) and wines, all of which they produce.
It must have been an evening, even if the dishes were well prepared and well prepared, to my taste, an extra sprint was missing.
Something that excites you...
Another thing that in my opinion should be adopted is a written menu (even if I realize that there will never be the same menu, because it changes according to the season) but still something written with the prices for each type of course.
To give everyone the opportunity to understand what they want to spend..
Apart from this, the staff (the owner) was very kind and always attentive to everything.
Very well done service.
Prices I believe to be within the agriturismo norm.

Abbiamo preso dei ravioli ripieni alla faraona e una tagliata di filetto veramente ottima.

L'ambiente è molto curato, occhio particolare ai dettagli.
Prendiamo il menù, ma ci raggiunge al tavolo quello che intuiamo sia il titolare, che con sorriso e fare da menestrello cantastorie ci racconta con coinvolgimento i piatti catturando la nostra attenzione. Suggerimenti ottimi

26/03/2025: Credo che tutti in ogni zona abbiano un locale dove se ci passiamo anche per un solo giorno è il prescelto. Ecco, Ca' Busatti è il nostro posto top della Marca Trevigiana.
Rinnoviamo un giudizio che si conferma e si migliora perchè qui nel nostro ultimo passaggio natalizio abbiamo trovato un Risotto castagne, tartuto e quaglia che prende l'oscar del nostro miglior piatto di terra del 2024 seguito da una morbidissima Guancia con pure di patate viola e dei super dolci come il castagnaccio glassato al pistacchio e il torroncino con gelato al mandarino e cioccolato caldo.
Qui da 49 a 80 Euro sono proposti tre menu di carne e tre di pesce che sono comprensivi di coperto, vini e varie coccole (tutto illustrato sul loro sito) che vi delizieranno in un pranzo o cena che sia. Che dire, un rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile.
Ultima, ma non ultima la gradevolissima location e la mise en place.
La sig.ra Anna ha ricevuto come sempre la nostra prenotazione (necessaria se non indispensabile) con grande disponibilità per eventuali variazioni e ha seguito il servizio con la consueta gentilezza e professionalità.
Peccato non essere vicini, ma ci si vede senz'altro al prossimo giro.
