19/07/2025: Nice place and friendly staff, but the food was a bit disappointing. Too bad.

13/07/2025: The decor, the vibe, service, appetizers, and drinks were great. Top notch. The food, on the other hand, is not so great. I ordered chicken fajitas, and what I got was chicken curry with some resemblance to a mexican dish. They put rice and beans on the plate and called it Mexican dish. The appetizers were great. But the food is not Mexican at all. Who has seen enchiladas without sauce. That's a taco! Hire a Mexican cook to learn to prepare the food correctly. Or at least look up recepies in the internet.

16/07/2025: We had a fabulous 3 night stay here. The food was excellent, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and it was in a great location.

07/07/2025: A very nice hotel with a wonderful Italian charm. I felt very comfortable; everyone was very friendly, the service was perfect, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also very good; you can also order fresh fried eggs and omelets. The rooms are really clean and beautifully furnished. Towels are changed daily, and everything is very lovingly prepared. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

28/07/2025: Abbiamo passato una serata meravigliosa. Coccolati dallo staff, i ragazzi hanno cura del cliente dall’inizio alla fine, prestano molta attenzione anche ai dettagli. Il cibo è ottimo, ingredienti freschi, selezionati, ricercati. I piatti sono bellissimi, arte. La scelta dei vini e vasta. La location poi, è veramente una chicca. Sacra vista su Vicenza. I tavoli sono intimi, riservati. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo scelgo sempre per le cene con i miei clienti o famiglia. Di questi posto, ovviamente oltre al cibo, amo l’intimità e il sentirsi coccolati.

Personale unico e molto accogliente, il locale è rifinito nei particolari e tipico nell’aspetto dei veneti perché è immerso nella natura . Sul cibo c’è poco da dire , soltanto vorrei davvero fare i complimenti perché il loro livello di qualità è superiore alla norma, tutto eccezionale . Ci ritorneremo di certo . Complimenti

22/07/2025: Heerlijke "plank" voor 4 personen genomen met een glas rode wijn. Heerlijke gerechten echt een proeverij. Het vlees en de kazen zijn heerlijk. Het is een complete lunch. Vers klaar gemaakt. Door de open keuken kan je de bereiding zien. Aanrader.

18/07/2025: I clearly pointed to the €6.50 sandwich and ordered a house wine at €6 euros yet my bill was €16 they’re cunning and gave a receipt without the bill. Otherwise would have given higher but bit of a tourist trip shame because the sandwich was great

29/07/2025: I started coming here while I was studying at BigRock. The atmosphere is super welcoming, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The food is truly excellent; you can taste that everything is made with care and quality ingredients. I've never eaten anything I didn't like. The dishes are plentiful, tasty, and have a lovely homemade touch. If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend it. I'd go back just for the memories of that special time.

10/08/2025: Good morning, I discovered this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, top location-staff-food especially the owner Roberto who knows how to advise and pamper the customer with professionalism and friendliness, attentive and very kind girls and let's not forget Amerigo very competent to recommend a good coffee and digestive, excellent value for money. Unfortunately last night something strange happened, the quality of the food is nothing to complain about, as are Roberto and the very present and helpful waitresses, what left a bitter taste in my mouth was this new gentleman I had never seen before, always on the doorstep of the restaurant near the cash register (the only people who went to say hello were I presume friends, the other customers were ignored) I was finishing my coffee and liqueur at the counter and he was already ready with the bill which compared to the last time was lower. I'm sorry because the last time I had a better time without having to worry about having to leave... the soul of this place is Roberto with his friendliness that makes a person feel at home, yesterday I didn't feel at home. I hope this was an isolated case.

16/07/2025: Beautiful, large place, and everything is very clean, from the pools to the bathrooms to the relaxation areas. The prices are high, although the value is overall good. Many glasses are left lying around, which is out of place, especially considering the abundance of trash cans. People's manners are definitely a priority, but otherwise, the staff, who are often around, should intervene...these people should be caught!

16/07/2025: Extremely serious experience and lack of assistance from the facility Unfortunately, our experience at Aquardens turned into a nightmare. During our visit, the flip-flops provided to my mother at the entrance suddenly broke, causing a nasty fall and a fractured vertebra. The injury caused my mother physical pain, significant medical expenses, and the cancellation of a long-planned trip. We would have expected at least adequate assistance or responsible care from the facility, but after reporting the incident and requesting a refund, we received no response. Aquardens cannot be contacted in any way: not by phone, email, or other official channels. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when faced with an accident caused by an item provided directly by them. We strongly advise against using a facility with a complete lack of accountability and communication. Update: I left a negative review and was promised a response. Weeks later, I haven't received any concrete response, despite initial reassurances. I even went to Aquardens in person, a three-hour drive, but I wasn't able to speak to anyone. I was told I'd be contacted shortly, but over a week later, the silence continues. I find it unacceptable that a customer, after an injury inside the facility caused by equipment you provided (defective flip-flops), has to chase a response that never arrives. I feel disappointed and mocked by a facility that should instead protect the safety and dignity of its residents.

03/07/2025: A disappointment The signs hanging outside the ice cream shop make it clear that there is a wide variety of vegan ice creams. In reality, you will not find anything other than the classic "dark chocolate" and "fruit flavors" that you find in any other ice cream shop. Not recommended for vegans.

24/06/2025: Well if you are looking for a nice sandwich with a lot of quality, in an informal environment and you are a rock lover this is the ideal place, really good hamburgers, friendly and fast service, fair price for the place. I recommend it more than all the sandwich shops in the Mestre area and surrounding areas
