The atmosphere is beautiful and quaint; I love the exposed wooden beams, chairs, and tables. The staff is superb, making you feel at ease; discreet, never intrusive, but always there at the right time, and incredibly friendly. The food is excellent; you can tell every dish, including desserts, is made with care and passion. All the dishes are piping hot and easily digestible. All paired with an excellent bottle of wine. This Osteria del Cuore is an instant favorite.

Excellent appetizer, quality selection, very good house wine as well. After a misunderstanding about the cooking of the tagliata, they resolved everything perfectly. Honest, recommended.

18/04/2026: The restaurant was opened in 1971 and recently moved across the street since it outgrew its original location. It has about 10 tables along the sidewalk and a dining room with 4 different "rooms". The menu is in Italian and English. They have 3 beers on tap. The pizza oven is wood burning and what is unique is that inside the oven there is a metal plate that keeps rotating (like in a microwave oven) to ensure uniform baking. The prices are very reasonable. 3 large beers, the pizza (including €2 charge for added mushrooms) and the mixed grilled seafood (that was amazing) cost €51.50
