18/01/2026: Fantastic location. In my opinion, I would have kept the decor simpler because the building itself is stunning, with exposed river stones and brick arches.
We tried the freshwater fish tasting menu, a unique experience! Delicate pairings, contrasts, and unique textures from appetizer to dessert! They even managed to make me enjoy the eel, which I don't usually eat! I would recommend it to anyone! We're thinking of returning, hopefully soon!

First and foremost, the service and organization... the owner was very flexible, and even the young man who looked after our table was truly impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Every wish was fulfilled.
The prices were truly fair for the quality of the food.
Not to mention the welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail.
Hats off!

03/01/2026: A wonderful experience! The cold cuts and cheese platter was truly excellent and unique. Tagliolini with truffle and sliced beef with mustard were the main courses, truly superb! I drank the Ripasso, which was also excellent. Highly recommended. Beautiful location, excellent service 👍🏻
02/01/2026: Trattoria Dal Taio in Parona is a true gem! 🌟 The restaurant is small but welcoming, with a natural cave that transports you to Umbria. The service is impeccable, with young, knowledgeable staff who recommend the best dishes.
The cuisine is the real highlight, with Umbrian specialties like strangozzi with truffles and grilled meats. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the prices are reasonable!
Highly recommended!

18/01/2026: We folks at Sony came to this delightful location for lunch. The location is definitely a strong point, the service is the restaurant's driving force. The lunch itself was pretty average—sufficient, I dare say—there's not much to say. With dishes served at a certain price, you'd expect a certain excitement in the flavors, which was totally lacking. I didn't smile while eating, but I certainly did when the excellent waiter arrived and served the wine. The only downside was that Shrek came in through the window yelling "get out of my swamp," a mystical, almost irreverent sight that definitely changed our day. 7 out of 10. I'm sure the place was much more enjoyable when it was a tavern.
09/01/2026: We stayed here on the evening of the 31st and had lunch on New Year's Eve. The welcome was excellent, the room was simply but functionally furnished, and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was abundant, with all the highest-quality products, almost all homemade. As for lunch, what can I say? A wonderful haute cuisine experience. The amuse bouche and pre-desserts were also highly appreciated. All the staff and owners were friendly and helpful (even with our four-legged friend). Highly recommended!

01/01/2026: We dropped in by chance on New Year's Eve, without a reservation, and were greeted with a warm smile, professionalism, and courtesy. Amazing food, made with quality ingredients. Refined and highly sophisticated cuisine. Beautifully presented and portions were just right. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff.

Daniele the owner is an interesting person, very friendly and loves his job. As I arrived early I had the chance to talk to Him and enjoyed the conversation too. Food was fantastic and many thanks to the chef Roberta with her beautiful tattoos.
Hope to be again in the area and than will be back for sure. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
