07/09/2025: A secluded spot, accessible by car and with ample parking, delicious food, and a lovely view of the valley. The staff is also very friendly, though it's a shame there were flies fluttering all over our plates while we were eating.

The staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful, always smiling. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, perfect for a good meal without long waits.
You can see the passion in what they do. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
26/12/2025: Abundance is certainly the hallmark of Viktor's Imbiss cuisine. You order, and the dishes are quickly placed on a tray, which you then carry to your chosen table.
In winter, the space is heated by gas lamps and a fireplace.

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.
09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.

An absolute highlight on the Wine Route – Chef Christian is a legend!
Restaurant Pircher in Nals is a gem! The atmosphere is rustic and very cozy, nestled amidst beautiful apple orchards. A perfect place to unwind.
The food is excellent – honest, hearty South Tyrolean cuisine that always tastes great.
But what makes this place truly unforgettable is the hospitality: The service is warm and friendly. Chef Christian deserves special mention; he's truly one of a kind! His energetic and warm personality creates a personal and unbeatable atmosphere.
In short: A must-visit in Nals! We always love coming back for the fantastic food and the unique hospitality.

13/09/2025: Exceptional risotto and ravioli with mountain pine, plus a phenomenal Caesar omelette in a traditional South Tyrolean version. The dishes are presented in a very aesthetically pleasing and appetizing manner, and the price reflects the quality. This place deserves special attention from families with children, as there are plenty of attractions nearby. It was a pleasure to eat and relax here.

04/12/2025: When we travel the Brenner Pass, we pass through it whenever possible. Just minutes from the Bressanone exit. Rustic beauty, both inside and out. Everything we've tried ranges from very good to excellent.
A must-try, when available, is the chestnut soup: it's a magical potion that transports you back in time (in fact, it's much richer and tastier today than it was 190 years ago). My only regret: I've never found mushrooms.
02/12/2025: An absolutely positive experience.
We started with a platter: the menu says it's for one person, but it was really generous, so two of us ate easily.
Then I finally got to try the famous dumplings with sauerkraut (I highly recommend the spinach ones).
I finished with soup, but given the amount of food on the platter, I could have done without it.
Very friendly staff.

01/01/2026: This was the first restaurant we visited on our trip to the Dolomites. Reservations are the way to go here! This place gets packed fast. The people working here are working their butts off and at the same time are friendly and accommodating.
They offer a wide variety of food - with several vegetarian options. They also allow to-go orders, but only for the pizza- which is good because we took their pizza to-go on several occasions. It also made for a nice next day slack while hiking... haha! We especially loved the tono cipolla.
This was definitely our favorite restaurant in the town. We came back multiple times and couldn't recommend it enough. Make a reservation!

13/01/2026: The location is beautiful, right in the middle of the slopes and nestled in a valley sheltered from the wind and sun. Plenty of seating inside and out. The food, in my opinion, was good, but no better than other places in the area. A bit pricey compared to others: we paid €30 each for two cordon bleu with fries, a spritz, and two coffees.

06/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant in South Tyrol! Freshly made pizza from the stone oven at super-reasonable prices! Absolutely fantastic! The Nutella pizza for dessert is also incredibly delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for a delicious place to stop after a hike.
The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. Top-notch!
