Incredible burger that showcases the excellent flavor of the chianina beef it’s made with. The tall, flaky, warm bun reminds you how good the bread is in Italy without stealing the show. And they offer both ‘classic’ burgers and insanely well paired, creative options like the Boccaccio with figs, brie and pancetta. Perfect burger.

One of the best places I ate throughout my Europe trip! Do not skip out! Their burgers are genuinely amazing and incorporate real aspects of Tuscan cuisine into good old fashion hamburgers! All with unique variations and flavors! For a more Chianti experience I highly recommend adding the wine cooked onions to your burger as they are delicious and have so much flavor! I cannot give this place any higher credit to how good their burgers are!

This is probably beyond crazy to say with all the delightful food options in Florence…….BUT…..when protein is a priority vs filling up on carbs and truly pasta being a food selection I only eat very limited, THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST MEALS WE HAD!!!! The sausage was unlike any sausage we have ever ate before and the hamburger was incredible!!! The chef, Biagio was quick with cooking and Nayely was extremely prompt to get our order. Sometimes you just don’t have time for longer serve like Italians desire to do due to trying to see and do as much as you can in 3 short days! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this!!! INCREDIBLE!! BTW, we are from America - Missouri to be exact and farm raise our own beef, so when we can get good beef and sausage out of our country, that’s something to speak about!!

The burgers and fries are pretty good. Our meal has been prepared fresh. The restaurant supports local businesses and uses their products. The prices are a bit more expensive but overall we got what we paid for: A fine dinner.

We'd peeked at the menu on Just Ear and it was absolutely mouth-watering! That's why, when we found ourselves nearby, we decided to stop for lunch. We had a truffle and a Chianti, and the truffle fries with cacio e pepe. Everything was delicious, especially the fries!!! So good we ordered seconds! The craft beer is also exceptional! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much! It's definitely worth it; stop by if you're near one of the locations!
