One of the best meals we’ve had in Florence, highly recommended if you want to try good Chianina not as a steak. All ingredients are of the best quality, the guys clearly care. And they’re nice and charming, with great taste in music! Thank you, guys! Good luck with everything!

I went there yesterday with my kids, who recommended it to me. I had a veggie burger and could have eaten 3!!! The craft beer was delicious. The kids were very happy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

We went to Novo in Florence and were really pleased. Even though it's not very large, they were very kind and accommodating in seating our group of seven, which we greatly appreciated. The food was really delicious, light and not at all heavy. Another thing I really liked was the option to build your own sandwich with your favorite ingredients. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place to return to!

31/03/2026: Awesome gelato at an honest man’s store. We all enjoyed our gelato, including the pistachio, the biscotto, the peanut, and chocolate. The owner/worker accidentally overcharged me without me realizing the billing error. He then refunded the overcharge despite my lack of knowledge about the overcharge on my credit card. This type of honesty is rare and it impressed me greatly. On top of this business honesty, the gelato competes with the best I have ever had. Get the pistachio or the biscotto.

11/03/2026: Rich texture and flavors. Get milk, caramelized fig or the lavender one if you want something light, unique, and not too sweet. Get walnut or coffee to get the thick creamy flavor.
