It's absolutely my favorite place to eat in Rosolini.
I'll tell you why, following the order of my perceptions:
1) You enter the osteria and find a welcoming setting: warm lighting, artwork decorating the walls, local products visible from the shelves. Excellent background music. In short: elegance and familiarity at the same time;
2) The amuse-bouche is a caress you don't expect, objectively, in an osteria: beautiful (!);
3) Extremely interesting menu: I would have literally tried everything. My impression is that there is a culinary research effort through the preparation and valorization of local products. The ingredients are extremely fresh and of the highest quality, but above all, refinement without starvation: the portions are truly generous;
4) Selection of serving dishes: this too is a form of attention. The serving dishes are all different, all beautiful, all selected specifically for the dish;
5) The wine list is structured according to my ideals. Clear, with precise recommendations. Here too, I see an effort to highlight the local area.
The girls serving are excellent at recommending wines to complement the dishes and are very attentive in the tasting.
6) The service deserves a special mention: the girls in charge are extremely kind, knowledgeable about the food and wines, have excellent service attitudes, and are skilled at finding the right balance between discretion and attentiveness.
7) Value for money: excellent. The average cost is 30-40 euros, but considering the quality and preparation of the dishes, the abundance of the dishes, and the overall experience, I'd say it's absolutely adequate.

Excellent restaurant, suitable for those who want to stand out, with a menu designed for a discerning clientele. Good, fairly varied wine list. Obviously, the prices are a bit higher than the local average, but they're worth it. Very attentive and knowledgeable service. Congratulations!

We discovered this small and cozy place by chance on Google (please leave reviews, they're essential for discovering these amazing gems 🤣😍) and I must say we left this family lunch satisfied and happy!
Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, super clean, family-run, attentive to allergies and very organized for gluten-free options.
We highly recommend it!!!

A truly beautiful setting, small but very unique, right down to the smallest details. The menu's storytelling entices you.
The black spaghetti didn't taste like cuttlefish; it was unsalted cotyi, and the sauce tasted like a bland puree of legumes.
The carob flour pasta had a sauce that certainly didn't overpower it.
The ricotta-filled saccottini were excellent; these, indeed, had an excellent sauce, flavorful and a perfect complement to the pasta.
4 first courses, water and wine (?), 4 coffees, €80, you name it.
