A nice and welcoming place in the city center. The waitress was very kind and courteous. Excellent food with simple but tasty recipes. Recommended.

How I wish we went in with a bigger appetite for dinner! It's all veggie so us 3 vegetarians didn't have to worry a bit. Great local beer and wine. Every dish we ordered was very delicious. Great siclian food and a nice outdoor atmosphere. Quite the find in Catania!

Excellent vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Catania, not far from the city center. The vegan options were excellent; I especially recommend the delicious vegan pulled pork. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

The best meal we had in Catania, and neither of us is vegeterian. The food was flavourful, we were talked through and showed all the different dishes before choosing, and we both enjoyed the fact that we could build our own plate with a combo or 2, 3 or 4 dishes.
The grilled fennel was the star of the show, but everything was very tasty. This place does not offer your "typical" restaurant experience, but if you are after some good and nourishing food, you must try it!
I would definetly recommend.

We arrived at Cucina Dei Colori in Catania and were pleasantly surprised to find vegan and vegetarian food.
The raw vegan chocolate dessert was excellent; Salvo made it! Thank you for thinking of vegans! Bravo!!

I appreciate that it's one of the few places in Catania that offers vegan food. Some of the side dishes were really tasty, and the way they handled the vegetables received nothing but praise. But the panelle weren't panelle; they were made with a very thick batter and had no chickpea flour; they just tasted like batter. The millet croquettes were also tasteless, and there wasn't even a sauce to accompany them. Once I pointed this out, the waiter defended the dishes. Not even an apology or a token discount.
