08/10/2024: Posto che conferma le positive recensioni. Se vi trovate a Sferracavallo è da non perdere. Tutto buonissimo. gelati, panna, brioche con gelato, granite ecc. Da provare assolutamente. Garanzia di soddisfazione.

18/09/2024: Delusione assoluta. Gelato modesto e troppo zuccherato. Quantità in una brioche scadente. Location orrenda (è una via stretta ed angusta). Prezzi esagerati. Una brioche 4 euro. Se si considera che da Matranga che è un maestro gelataio è 3,5 euro in una location nuova e molto curata. Si sono un po montati la testa. Secondo me durano ancora per poco. In giro ci sono gelaterie nettamente superiori.

27/07/2024: A particularly pleasant place in the heart of Ortigia. Creative homemade cuisine that is genuinely good. Smiles greet you both at lunch and dinner. A small oasis of tranquility, good taste, and professional, friendly service. Here, you can never go wrong. The menu is short (a good sign), and the wine and cocktail lists are carefully curated and honest. We love it.

13/12/2024: Sometimes I wonder.... but to "create" such heavenly sweet arancine and panelle (I can't find any other adjective that can describe the goodness) is it the influence of the nearby Cathedral or the skill of the staff in the kitchen??? Not to mention the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the counter. Bar Morocco top!!!!

12/12/2024: As soon as we arrived in Palermo, recommended by our host, we had breakfast. Brioche with the cap filled with coffee ice cream, fantastic cold and hot cassata. Very courteous staff. In front of the cathedral.

04/11/2024: Let me start by saying that we went at the end of October, the very low season. A marvel for the creator, Camilleri would write (I apologize for any errors). The homemade caponatina is a must for every diner (go with a light stomach and not too late), pasta ca' muddica and pasta alla norma. A nice wine and the most beautiful stories about the Sicilian culinary tradition that Mrs. Ada shared with us. The place is tiny, it has more seats outside than inside, so book and don't be late! I attach photos of the dishes. Know how to regulate yourself.

03/11/2024: A corner of Noto, found by chance. We were welcomed by a family environment, and with great warmth they prepared a table for us (there were 11 of us), with the collaboration of another table of loyal customers who moved to make room for us. Served with extreme kindness and friendliness, we ordered almost everything. Caponata, spaghetti alla muddica, ravioli alla norma. Everything D E L I Z I O S O! Without exaggeration, this is a place worth returning to Sicily for. I hope to return!

26/10/2024: Our host at Bedndesign recommended this restaurant and were glad she did. The staff were very kind and helpful especially Josephine and Damian. They were very patient and explained the dishes to us. We had a pasta dish with eggplant and it was delicious and very well presented.

04/10/2024: Prachtig restaurant in Floridia, we werden hartelijk ontvangen en konden moeilijk kiezen uit de goede keus van gerechten. Toen kwam Josephine met een geweldige schaal vis, waar we ook nog uit konden kiezen. We aten een heerlijke caponata en tonijntartaar vooraf en een gegrilde vis, die we met z’n tweeën deelden. Helaas geen ruimte meer voor een toetje, maar een heerlijke avond gehad. Het werd erg druk met duidelijk lokale mensen, dat is altijd een goed teken.
