La torta oltre ad essere come sempre buonissima, era bellissima!!!!É stata piacevolmente apprezzata da tutti gli invitati della festa. Assolutamente consigliata!!!Grazie ancora!!!

28/03/2025: Good morning everyone. I have just left this splendid oasis of peace and tranquility, where I spent a wonderful experience with my wife!!!! Found and chosen, as well as for the excellent considerations, because the structure offers many solutions and gift ideas, with multiple possibilities suitable for all situations, lunch, dinner, breakfast or, as in my case, in addition to all this, a splendid night! I chose their suite, which, as well as being very clean and very comfortable, offers the possibility of lazing around in front of a beautiful fireplace, which makes the experience truly unique!!! What can I say, everything was wonderful, from the arrival where we were welcomed by the very talented Alina, a very sweet and extremely helpful girl, to the chat with Antonio, his father and his mother, owners of the structure, with whom we discussed everything. They do this job with professionalism and passion, which, above all passion, makes the difference in the success of a project!!! Well done and see you soon!!!!

14/10/2024: We ate there today with 4 people. Very nice, friendly welcome and very nice atmosphere. We were welcomed with a small glass of champagne and a bottle of water and then we had the typical Sardinian bread with olive oil. The food we ordered, from pizza to chicken schnitzel to the Courlogiones, were very tasty. By the way, the Courlogiones are highly recommended. And even half a portion of it wasn't a problem at all. At the end there was a small schnapps and a spoonful of tiramisu on the house. Also super tasty! Tiramisu was expressly stated to be lactose-free. If I could, I would give more stars!

10/10/2024: It is located in a hidden corner of Tortolì but we stumbled upon it thanks to their positive reviews and never was a more appropriate choice 😍! The menu is minimalist but you go there to taste the typical Ogliastra dish, culurgiones 🙈! Franco's are produced by his mother and his 4 sisters according to the ancient Ogliastra tradition 😃! As soon as you sit down, as a welcome, a glass of prosecco and some guttiau bread... excellent I'd say 👏! You absolutely must order the myrtle and limoncello produced by them as well as dipping your spoon into their sublime tiramisu 😍! Annalaura was very sweet serving us during dinner under a wonderful starry sky ❣! Thanks guys... keep it up 👏👏👏!

We do not speak Italian, but extensive effort was made to explain what the menu was and what the specialties of the area are. Very friendly people who like to make it fun. 17/12/2024: Sono stata a pranzo all'osteria del Bevitore con un'amica che frequenta spesso questo locale e da sempre me ne parla benissimo. Non posso che confermare la mia soddisfazione, sia per quanto riguarda il locale sia per quanto riguarda il menu. In particolare ho apprezzato l'ottima qualità delle materie prime, accompagnata da un'accurata presentazione dei piatti. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto crostini con lardo davvero ottimi: pane caldo e croccante al punto giusto e lardo ottimo, delicato e saporito allo stesso tempo. Come secondo abbiamo ordinato due tagliate: carne ottima e tenera e contorni top, sia la peperonata sia il radicchio ai ferri. Un apprezzamento anche nei confronti del proprietario: persona molto dedita al suo locale, alla ricerca della qualità e alla soddisfazione del cliente.
