A wonderful dinner. Located in a historic building, the dining room is intimate and meticulously maintained. The service is top-notch, and you can immediately sense the passion for local excellence, seasonality, and promoting the local food and wine traditions. I opted for traditional dishes, a choice I would make again: meatballs with tomato sauce and tagliatelle with ragù. The desserts are also very good.
