A place from old Milan but with a pleasantly modern cuisine. We got the pigeon off paper, amazing. Kind and discreet service, veranda that makes you feel immersed in nature. Finally good food at still affordable prices!

Ti senti in campagna ma sei a Milano, mangi prelibatezze della cucina italiana con un bel twist di sapori, materie prime di qualità ed accostamenti mai scontati. Buono il vino e la torta creata per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Ottimo!

Davvero eccellente: il cibo (ottimo), la location (intima e suggestiva, ma anche informale), il personale preparato e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Una vera chicca, da provare e riprovare!

We stayed in February 2024 at Erba Brusca and had an excellent culinary experience! Premise: the menu is changed every week, so undoubtedly the comments referring to the courses are to be evaluated as a whole. The place is very simple, at times almost sloppy in some places (fans and heaters placed here and there haphazardly) but overall very intimate and welcoming. It is certainly a place that deserves a visit in the summer/spring period due to the wonderful veranda overlooking the fields, but my review will be based on my current experience. Strong presence of wood throughout the room, which warms the environment a lot. The service is entirely female, as in the kitchen, and it is very pleasant to immerse yourself in an unfortunately rare reality: attentive and careful service, perhaps with some errors but always scrupulous in explaining the dishes to the table and paying particular attention to allergies (reported in advance on the booking site) of diners. Really interesting menu. 90% of it is made up of vegetable dishes, with vegetables from their garden, but you won't regret it! The second course based on lamb is truly superlative, the sweet-salty-soft-crispy-acid combinations of all the dishes is what makes them special. Every spoonful is unique, even if you're eating Jerusalem artichoke. To see the menu I recommend you open their website, you can find it easily and it is updated! Note of merit: when a diner reported allergies, they did not limit themselves to removing the allergen from the preparation, but replaced it with another ingredient that would not distort the dish, something extremely appreciated and unfortunately not trivial in the world of catering! Honest bill, for the experience and the satiety with which you leave the place: €118 for two, from which to subtract €34 for a bottle (very interesting cellar, mark-ups perhaps a little high), for two 4-course tasting menus ( 1 with the first and 1 with the second). Bread and water included in the €2 cover charge (and what bread!). Definitely an experience to be repeated. Well done, keep it up!

Pazzesco. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione con due antipasti, primo e dolce. Ci accolgono con una entree divina, una bruschetta alla trota e cardamomo. I due antipasti ( io ho preso la panissa con una salsa allo yogurt e una vellutata di zucca e peperoni, mentre le mie amiche la panissa e un polpo con verdurine ) erano deliziosi, come primi c erano delle linguine al pesto di rucola e fiori di zucca con mandorle e limone e un risotto alla mustia, barbabietola e dragoncello che erano davvero spaziali. Ci hanno portato un pre dessert, un sorbetto all’ alloro, buonissimo e poi il dolce, un sorbetto All’ uva fragola con crumble al cioccolato, yogurt montato e ganache al cioccolato e rosmarino, che era clamoroso. Abbiamo preso un vino bianco, una bollicina ancestrale, molto molto buono. Totale menu 37 euro, con vino e coperto abbiamo speso 45 euro a testa. Consiglio vivamente perché oltre ad essere tutto molto buono il servizio è eccellente, sono gentilissimi e super disponibili ( hanno trovaTo un’ alternativa vegetariana per me e un’ alternativa per la mia amica che non gradiva l’uva fragola nel dolce portandole un fondente al cioccolato buonissimo).

Affacciato sul naviglio pavese è un posto speciale in una location tradizionale. Le pietanze hanno sapori speciali e accostamenti ricercati. Materie prime eccellenti e personale gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.
