11/04/2026: We wanted to spend a wonderful day with friends and, above all, make one of our bachelorette parties special. And we succeeded perfectly! A restaurant was never more perfect. The philosophy of fine dining and the way of conceiving table culture are inevitably reflected in the food, which is carefully presented with great refinement and simplicity. High-quality, fresh, and seasonal products closely linked to the Madonie region. The restaurant, once the home of an old carpenter, has been expertly renovated by the owners. It also has a wonderful terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view: in this season, the snow-capped mountains on one side, and to the north, the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea as far as the eye can see. We can't wait to return! Clara, Giorgiana, and Roberta.

08/04/2026: Pircher Restaurant, a wonderful discovery! It's located in an enviable and peaceful location, surrounded by orchards right on the Alto Adige Wine Route. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is courteous, and the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are truly delicious and hearty (the Wiener Schnitzel is a must!). The garden with terrace is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for families with children thanks to the lovely playground. There's also a large private parking lot, making parking extremely convenient.

07/01/2026: A unique place that reeks of history and serves delicious food even during siesta, when all other restaurants are closed. A big plus for that! You can sit across from it, in the stone gateway, and still soak up the history while savoring a delicious pizza crust by the pound.

07/01/2026: On the first day, access was literally blocked by a dense, cheerful Italian crowd, patiently waiting or enjoying their focaccia in a wonderful atmosphere… despite the icy wind. We gave up. The second day, exactly the same scenario. Another attempt, another failure. What's the mystery? On the third day, finally, we understood the reason for the crowds. The focaccia and the bread were simply exceptional. Of remarkable quality, they fully justified the wait: here, patience is richly rewarded.

08/04/2026: A truly beautiful location, intimate and well-maintained, with limited seating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu is basic, with just a few dishes, but all very good and well-executed. The only slightly negative note about the service: there was a small misunderstanding with the waitress regarding a dish that, in my opinion, wasn't quite as good (there wasn't enough marrow). She explained that this can happen with bones, which is understandable, but we weren't entirely clear on how to handle the situation. I wasn't charged for the dish, which was appreciated, although personally I would have preferred to have eaten it better, even if I had paid for it. Overall, a very positive experience; I would gladly return.

19/04/2026: The approach of the person taking the orders is questionable, he tries to direct the choice where he wants and dissuade some choices (in my case, I was left wanting the risotto I didn't order)... that said, everything went smoothly with fairly quick and precise service. Good quality dishes, well cooked.

From the very beginning, we were greeted with extreme kindness and helpfulness by Mrs. Luisa, a truly exquisite person in every way. And what about Tiziano? UNIQUE and INIMITABLE! He handled everything perfectly, from the organization to the set-up, and supported us every step of the way. Excellent food and impeccable service, attentive and caring staff. 28/03/2026: I ate Chinese a la carte, but there's an all-you-can-eat option. Chinese and Japanese food. Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. The only downside, for my taste, is having to order with the app without a paper menu. I'll be back to try the sushi.

30/04/2025: Well located location with a terrace protected from the sun. The ice creams are delicious but the flavors are limited. the dark chocolate ice cream is excellent. The only downside; a very unpleasant waitress, fortunately her colleague is more professional.

20/01/2026: I can't say enough about the owners, who are so kind. Luigi is truly a great chef, he knows how to bring a refined soul to the dishes he prepares. We had lunch at Cervo for my son's baptism and everything was sublime, not least the welcoming atmosphere of the new rustic restaurant, which perfectly complements the stunning views from outside. It wasn't your average lunch, it was a memorable experience.
