07/06/2025: It's been a long time since I've been back, but as I remembered it's one of the best places in the area, excellent food, excellent service, friendliness and sympathy from everyone above all else, starting from the guys in the dining room to the chef who at the end of the evening is happy to chat with us who really don't want to leave. You can see the passion for hospitality and the love for cooking in every gesture and in every dish. It's not a dinner, it's an experience. Thank you so much for everything

24/06/2025: We celebrated my mother's seventieth birthday. The property was kind and helpful throughout the organization of the event, everything we decided together was respected and the service was impeccable in every aspect. The outdoor location looks great, being a summer evening we enjoyed a very comfortable environment given both by the climate and the suggestive atmosphere of lights and furnishings. Highly recommended if you want to create the memory of a wonderful evening and amaze your friends and relatives.

19/06/2025: This restaurant is so much more charming, refined and intentional than any of the pictures can show. The restauranteur/winemaker is charming and informative, the food is impeccably sourced and flat-out delicious, the presentation is gorgeous and yet it was also a totally welcoming place for our entire family - including our 9 yo son. The waiter helped us choose the exact right amount of food, and every dish was both delicious and unique. The antipasti of cod 3 ways was particularly interesting, and the pastas all had slightly untraditional presentations that only increased their interest and flavor. If you are in the area, I highly highly recommend you find a way to make it to this lovely restaurant.

01/06/2025: I have just been to La Zucca restaurant in Arola and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The place is welcoming and warm, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home straight away. The food was simply excellent, with a variety of dishes that will surely satisfy all tastes. But what really made the difference was the cheese and dessert trolley, which was simply exquisite! A real treat for cheese and dessert lovers. The service was friendly and professional, with staff who were very attentive to the needs of the customers. I would highly recommend La Zucca in Arola to anyone looking for a high quality culinary experience in a welcoming and pleasant environment.

24/06/2025: You can't ask for anything better when you're at the seaside... Family-run, simple and homely! Super fresh fish, steamed vegetables that are absurd (I would eat them like this all year round) Very nice guys, fast service and a very relaxing sea view! We'll be back as soon as we're in these parts ❤️

28/05/2025: … and what can I say? Hospitality and food at the TOP! A very nice and welcoming little tavern; Valentina, the owner, is very friendly, easy-going and her cooking is amazing!!! I don't eat liver, but I also managed to taste the famous Tuscan crostini, not to mention the excellent cheeses and cured meats, Pici all'aglione and a Chianina stew cooked in Chianti (amazing!!!) and finally a slice of tart with cream and apples (produced by a nearby bakery) which was also not bad… obviously all accompanied by a good wine recommended by her… I don't know what else to say… try it!!!! 12/07/2025: In a small square nestled among the narrow streets of the historic center, near the banks of the Arno River, lies a small restaurant where food is prepared freshly. Everything, including the desserts, is delicious, and the wine is also served by the carafe. I highly recommend it.
