17/03/2025: Typical Irpinian cuisine. Well prepared and tasty dishes. We were at Carnival and even though it was packed we were treated well and the service was on time. We ate a homemade appetizer (full of hot and cold dishes), paccheri with white ragù with porcini mushrooms and lots of truffles and a tiramisu. All washed down with excellent Agliano. Fair prices

17/03/2025: Delicious Roman-style pizza. You can buy pieces in different variants and try different flavors. Very nicely served on a large board and cut into small pieces. Fantastic, hot, delicious cake, amazing quality of ingredients! An additional plus for very nice service.

17/04/2025: Had a lovely experience at Brac! Tried the 3-course menu and everything was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and artsy, and the staff was friendly. A great spot if you’re looking for something a bit different from typical tourist places. Definitely worth a visit!

11/03/2025: I ate on Valentine's Day in this beautiful place. Very romantic atmosphere and staff with great communication skills that make you feel at ease and enjoy the evening. The quality of the food is excellent and the quality of the wines too. What can I say, I had a wonderful time and I will return. For those who have not been there, I highly recommend it.

08/03/2025: avevamo davvero alte aspettative per questo posto. location davvero bella suggestiva e romantica che consiglierei se siete in coppia. suddividerei la cena in due parti: quella degli antipasti che a mio avviso erano davvero buoni con gusti molto ricercati soprattutto uno dei tortini presi davvero eccezionali. la delusione è iniziata con il loro cous cous di mare dove a mio avviso il mare non era proprio presente nonostante ci fossero molti frutti di mare e diversi tipi di pesce. ciò che predominava e riuscivo a sentire era solamente l'aglio, peccato nonostante il piatto si presentasse bene. abbiamo preso i tris di secondi dove la presentazione era davvero bella ma i pesci che avevamo preso avevo davvero poco gusto (in particolare cernia e tonno). anche il dolce non ha entusiasmato. servizio leggermente invadente. prezzi non alti

01/04/2025: If you love fresh and well-cooked fish, Fishum is the right place for you! I had the pleasure of trying their giant paper cone with calamari, shrimp and mixed vegetables, and it was a real explosion of flavors. The fried food is crispy and light, not greasy at all, and the ingredients taste of excellent quality. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming, the staff is kind and helpful, always ready to recommend the right dish. Despite the high quality, the prices are more than fair. I absolutely recommend Fishum to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent fish in an informal but well-kept environment. I will definitely be back to try other specialties!

09/04/2025: Bar/pastry shop/ice cream shop/rotisserie located in the centre, with a few tables where you can enjoy the delicacies on site, even if the space is not very large. The staff is kind and welcoming, always ready to satisfy every request. The assortment of desserts is truly excellent, but a note of merit goes to the orange cassata: a true masterpiece of taste and originality. Even the ice cream is a guarantee: creamy, rich in flavor and perfect both in the cone and in the brioche or in the cup. I didn't have the opportunity to taste the rotisserie, but the constant coming and going of customers speaks for itself. Prices aligned with the local average. In a nutshell? A delicious stop not to be missed!

02/04/2025: La bottarga sulla tavola, in un piccolo recipiente bianco con un cucchiaino che diceva: "abbonda, se vuoi". E giù, nevicava, sugli spaghetti alle arselle accompagnati dalla simpatia di chi, al tavolo, non ci ha fatto mancare il pane e il sorriso. Deliziosi al palato, avvolgenti, ricchi. Con un gusto di mare che era tutto un suono per il palato. Come fossimo lì per ascoltare buona musica. E poi, per la fretta di rientrare a Collinas per il nostro torneo di scacchi, abbiamo ordinato una porzione di calamari fritti e l'abbiamo mangiata in tre. Una spruzzata di limone e una decorazione di verdura fresca. E' stata una dolce sorpresa. Uno dei quattro ha preferito la lasagna al sugo e il pane rimasto dopo la scarpetta nel piatto di portata delle arselle è diventato rosso di sugo. Delizia. Il luogo, le donne che han servito i cibi, e i piatti. Una delizia.

26/03/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten at this restaurant. Every time is a confirmation, excellent fast and attentive service. The cuisine was excellent, generous portions and cooked with care and passion. I recommend it to everyone.

18/03/2025: I ordered 10 pans for a surprise party. Meanwhile, Rosario's availability was truly not to be taken for granted in explaining everything to me, remotely by phone and being CLEAR, transparent in prices and very kind in personally taking care of the delivery. Oh, the pizza? AMONG THE BEST EVER EATEN. A Roman-style pan pizza but not "dry" on the contrary nice and substantial and you can taste the quality of every single ingredient! Truly a great discovery in Bologna that even if a little far away we will find a way to go back to eat it!!!!

01/04/2025: We had dinner with a couple of friends who knew the place. Very welcoming restaurant, friendly staff and delicious meat. Special mention for the horse tartare. Excellent.

15/04/2025: Love this Gelataria! They have lovely dairy free vegan options - Salted pistachio, strawberry-blueberry, Dark Chocolate, Mango, lemon, red wine Sorbet. They have twice as many options for regular gelato but everything is organic. Their waffle cones are made in the store and also have no milk in them - just flour, butter, sugar and eggs. They have the best thick dark European style hot chocolate too for the cool days.

30/03/2025: Tutto 5 stelle...il locale, la cucina di alto livello per prodotti e presentazione e possibilità di varianti (su 8 commensali 1 era vegetariano- quindi neanche prodotti con caglio, 1 non mangiava carne di vitello ed 1 niente maiale ed alcolici....quindi ci hanno preparato dei menù adatti), il personale, la cortesia, il paesaggio.... dopo tanti anni sempre una garanzia. Top!

Let's add a walk around the lake that helps to avoid the post-lunch drowsiness and here is the perfect recipe to spend a few pleasant hours😉

16/03/2025: As always, exceptional ice cream. Few flavors given the period but of great quality. These days they have the option of 3 flavors of pistachio that they make you taste. Raw and toasted from Puglia and toasted from Sicily. 3 exceptional variations.

01/03/2025: Mangiato il tagliere della casa e il fritto “mistico”. Premetto che siamo in regime di piano alimentare controllato, ma dopo due giorni di sci e una passeggiata di 12000 passi ci siamo concessi una trasgressione. Trasgredire in questo modo e con questa qualità e gusto è fortemente consigliato anche a chi non è a dieta. 5 stelle !
