15/03/2026: A small treasure! The pizzas are awesome and he serves also „pizza bianca“. The owner is so entertaining and makes sure everything is fine with your order. Just don‘t expect a fancy sitting area. Just enjoy a truly italian pizza experience!

06/04/2026: best place in town BY FAR. banana - amazing, kiwi - insane, rasberry - DELICIOUS. people who rate this place a one star are liars. i can tell that the flavors are made by fruit and have no artificial coloring in them. the gelato is well - priced and fair for the amount of gelato you receive. the owner has to be the sweetest person i ever met, even letting me taste up to 5 flavors. this place really made my day, i bought their gelato atleast 2 times a day throughout my 6 day trip in florence. 100% recommend.

03/04/2026: The service was truly outstanding. The staff was professional, attentive, and gave excellent food recommendations-every choice was perfect. The wine selection was also spot on; the three of us ended up enjoying two bottles of “Di Majo Norante”, 2019, from Molise, Italy. We didn’t expect it at all, but it turned out to be one of the best evenings of our week in Rome. Our waiter, Habib, was exceptional-incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived until he saw us off, he treated us with such warmth and care, almost like a friend. He even surprised each of us with a small gift (which was a very thoughtful gesture). My father had the tomahawk steak and my mother chose fresh fish - both dishes were finished and served right in front of us, which was a great experience. While both dishes were quite expensive, they were truly very well prepared. I had pasta, which was about four times cheaper than the other dishes, but it was still absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

07/02/2026: Wonderful! We dined last night. The welcome was warm from the start, and it catapulted us into the world of Cucina Rambaldi. The service is meticulously maintained, and the staff is both professional and friendly, which is not a given in such a high-quality establishment. The decor is harmonious, and the music is carefully crafted to transport you into a true culinary experience. The food is exquisite, and the colors and aromas are truly exquisite. The wine pairing (highly recommended!) is meticulously crafted. Congratulations! We'll be back in the spring/summer to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. P.S. 19/01/2026: I stopped by on a Monday by chance after returning from Rosolina. I must say I was extremely satisfied. After asking for the à la carte menu and not the business menu, they immediately changed our napkins to cloth ones. Afterwards, we received a very tasty and aromatic entrée to drink. The bread basket with various selections was also excellent. The lagoon shrimp appetizer on a potato cream and fried seaweed chips was out of this world. I had cod ravioli with capers and datterini tomatoes, and my companion had spaghetti with clams. It was delicious, with plenty of clams. We also had two glasses of Trento DOC. The service was good and attentive. I really enjoyed it, and if I ever come back again, I'll definitely be back. Well done.

24/03/2026: Outstanding food! We were completely captivated by the creativity, modernity, and dedication with which the dishes were prepared. A blend of tradition (carpaccio, crespelle, mayonnaise salad, princess potatoes, profiteroles...) and the chef's personal touch (thicker, more tender slices, light dressings, light, glossy, intense sauces...). Everything was expertly crafted, without any convenience products, and served in perfectly sized portions. In a sea of ​​mediocrity and touristy mass-market restaurants, it's a joy to find such culinary excellence. Service and ambiance were, at best, average. But that's to be expected at these prices, so we fully understand. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, and keep up the great work!

23/03/2026: It was a wonderful evening. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and precise. Utmost professionalism. The menu was very inviting: we opted for fried brains, crouton, a crepe with Custoza broccoli, and beef cheek. Two glasses (one of ripasso and one of superiore), both excellent. A phenomenal dessert, a surprise from the chef that I hope they add to the menu. I will definitely be back, thank you!

22/03/2026: Beautiful location, in a renovated historic villa, with beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring locally sourced produce, expertly prepared by the in-house staff. We also ate and drank excellently at dinner. The staff were very friendly. I stayed with a group for just one night, unfortunately, but I highly recommend it.

26/02/2026: Very friendly and always helpful staff. I've tried it for both lunch and breakfast, and I'd say it's all excellent. The prices, for someone from another small Tuscan town, are a bit high. But they're justifiable for Prato; I've spent about the same amount elsewhere. Despite the crowds, the bar is always clean and the waiters are attentive.

09/03/2026: Excellent place to stay. Central to several points of interest. We stayed there to easily reach Gubbio and Assisi, and its location allowed us to get there quickly, given its proximity to the E45. Abundant breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and available to meet our every need. The rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort for families.

31/01/2026: Very comfortable bed. Brekfast is exelent. Litlle bit far from center but if you dont mind 15 minute walk then ok. Staff EXELENT !!!! Reataurant in hotel is realy special. Verry elegant.
