06/09/2025: We booked a table for four, our first time at this restaurant, based on the good reviews. We were greeted by young but professional staff. We walked through the room with an open kitchen at the back, a pleasant impression with a clean and very tidy atmosphere. They directed us up some stairs to a large terrace. I don't know if it was because not all the tables were full, but what we all appreciated was the silence between the tables. We chatted and ate pleasantly without shouting or yelling. The pizzas were very good, with good dough and well-cooked, very well-leavened, so there were no problems with bloating or thirst. Prices in line with other restaurants.

17/07/2025: We chose Villa Regina del Bosco for our wedding on July 4, 2025. It's a fantastic, spacious location suitable for any type of event. The food is truly excellent, with attention to detail. Gilberto, the manager, and his son Davide are excellent hosts and, above all, honest people. Highly recommended.

11/08/2025: Excellent authentic Japanese restaurant in the heart of Perugia. Despite its location, the prices are very reasonable (we spent €35 for two and were really full). The service was very fast, attentive, and friendly. A real treat for lovers of authentic Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended.

04/08/2025: Perhaps the best restaurant in Perugia, with an authentic Japanese chef and an authentic Japanese setting. Perhaps one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to, both for the price and the food. They also offer vegetarian/vegan options. The only problem is that you definitely need to book because it's quite a small space and there aren't many meals.

29/08/2025: The place is enchanting in the middle of the forest... Welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I had the pizza and it was good... the house appetizer was very generous, we ate there for 3 of us. Special mention for the schiacciata they bring you at the beginning of the meal, truly delicious.

29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)

The pizza is truly delicious, crispy but not too crispy, light and rich with quality ingredients. The desserts? 2 experiences, excellent! (I tried the mango semifreddo) The staff is very welcoming, young and always kind. Highly recommended

Maybe if I return for an à la carte dinner, it will be different. Nice location. Attentive and courteous service.
