We had a great time. The dishes were truly delicious, decidedly refined and tasty. It's one of those places that leaves an impression on you and is truly hard to find anywhere else. The waiters were kind and friendly. The location was also very quaint. Thank you!!!

Anyone who knows brothers Michele and Max from their days in Fasana knows they're playing it safe. After their stint in Romea, they've found their ideal setting here at Viso di Rosolina, experimenting not only with meat, where Max is a master, but also with fish, reinventing classic dishes with great quality. All this is complemented by the restaurant's strong personality.

Fantastic dinner from start to finish. Each dish was a triumph of flavors, perfectly balanced and impeccably presented. The passion, technique, and care in selecting the ingredients were clearly evident. A special round of applause and many congratulations to the chef for creating such a refined and exciting menu. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back to try other creations!
The mussels tarantina-style were superb! 😋🤩

Highly recommended restaurant just minutes from the Rosolina seafront. Excellent quality and incredibly fresh fish, cooked with care and attention. The fried fish was light, crispy, and very tasty, definitely one of the best we've tasted. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always available. You can feel their passion for what they do. We'll definitely be back!

I can't rate the rooms, but I will rate the restaurant, which I was pleased with. Just off the road with ample parking is the restaurant and inn. The ambiance is modern with vintage pieces: a wonderful blend of modern and antique. The fish and meat menus are sure to please everyone. Generous portions and a visually pleasing tablescape. Extensive wine list. Delicious desserts. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The cuisine is meticulously prepared, using top-quality ingredients combined with originality that isn't an end in itself but rather the result of the chef's careful choices. The innkeeper Michele was extremely courteous and attentive, discreet yet always available and available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay; the rooms are tastefully furnished, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful.
