The flavors follow the varieties of the period so they are not all found from May to October... but more than rightly they alternate based on the month and the availability of raw materials, always of the highest quality.

09/06/2025: Had a beautiful meal at this restaurant. We sat in the outside part so didn’t really experience the atmosphere in the restaurant. The service was great and the food delicious. Really good value too, four meals, four drinks (including a beer) for less than £50.

There are many ice cream shops in Udine that are good, but the extra something is the wide choice of unusual and particular flavors that are not often found elsewhere. I tried the bacio and buffalo milk (I hope I said it right). And I will definitely go back to try other flavors.

24/05/2025: Fue una experiencia de “saludos”, donde los habituales van y se saludan y algunos vienen a menudo. El primer plato fue un risotto que tenía un bocado de camarón y mezcla de bondad herbal. El segundo y principal fue una increíble ensalada fresca con sangre de naranja, radicchio, zanahorias de apio, pomelo y tomates dulces y un aderezo ligero casero. El principal fue el lomo de cerdo con salsa reductora que estaba tan delicioso que tuve que terminar con mi pan. ¡Planeo ir de nuevo hoy!

08/06/2025: Went with friends to this restaurant... what can I say... first of all a table for 10 people small... wedged between a wooden platform and an umbrella that forced the heads of the table to be wedged between the 2 obstacles... to our complaints the waiter reassured us that they would fix it... after 10 minutes of waiting we proceeded to move the tables to a more suitable position and the waiter passing by told us "you did well to move the tables"... but wasn't it supposed to be the staff to move them? Let's get to the dinner... slow and listless service... asked and requested bottles of water that never arrived... the waiter/waitress brought one dish at a time... with all the calm in the world. Dry and tasteless chicken breast, tasteless beef steak, Chicory sautéed from very spicy to bland... pizza bordering on burnt... Portions of the cooked food bordering on union-level... After finishing the "Lavish" meal, a half white grappa is requested... and shortly after the waiter arrives and says that they don't do half portions... the grappa should have been whole. But I say... half a grappa... not half a first or second course... half a glass of grappa so as not to throw it away knowing that you won't drink more... Then no one wanted it for free... you paid. Maybe even in full... Anyway, a place that I do not recommend for the lack of attention to the customer, a tasteless cuisine and a high price compared to what is served... They certainly won't see me again.

It rarely happens to me to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything has been done with coherence, competence and respect for the territory. Ambasciata Orsarese is one of those places where traditional cuisine is not only told, but actually experienced. The raw materials are local, fresh and of evident quality. The special effect is not sought, but balance: each dish has a meaning, a story and solid preparation behind it. You can perceive a real short supply chain, without compromises. The service was perfect: trained, courteous and present staff at the right point, without forcing. From someone who works in the sector, it is nice to see a room managed with this level of professionalism. A place to keep in mind for those who love authentic cuisine, done well and without pretence. I will definitely return, and I will recommend it with conviction.

The condiments are balanced, generous and freshly prepared: you can taste the difference when you really use fresh products. The service is courteous and attentive, the environment small but welcoming and with attention to detail, ideal for a dinner with friends or a moment of relaxation. Compliments!

13/05/2025: Pizzeria located not far from the temples of Paestum. Very welcoming and nice location. Very friendly staff. Really inviting pizza starting from the description, not to mention when you eat it. Really excellent. Absolutely worth returning.
