I only went for lunch, large restaurant, very large parking lot in front, excellent service and last but not least very good and carefully prepared dishes.

We ate lunch at this restaurant today, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the tasty, typical local dishes we tasted... truly delicious... the staff was very friendly and helpful... we'll definitely be back!

Fabulous place, top-notch cuisine and products, well-cooked and served by a staff that is always friendly and helpful. The highlight is when it comes time for boiled and roasted meats, a trolley arrives full of delicacies, boiled and roasted, cooked to perfection and served by Maurizio (the owner) with a kindness and skill that I have seen few others. Congratulations again to everyone, the only unpleasant thing is having to go home.

Definitely the flagship restaurant in this area: I always recommend it to anyone who loves authentic traditional Mantuan cuisine!

Fantastic corners, we even bought some to take home. The boiled meat cart is fantastic, both in terms of selection and quality. The owner is friendly and effervescent.

A restaurant right in the center of town. Very nice, the staff were friendly, but it was too crowded. Probably too many large and noisy tables, making conversation difficult. Since we wanted boiled and roasted meats, we didn't order any other dishes, but the ones we saw passing by looked very interesting. The roast and boiled meat cart was good and plentiful.

Al Torchio BIGOLERIA

05/05/2026: It was recommended to me by a friend from Mantua. It did not disappoint: top-notch dishes and, above all, fast service. I recommend it.
03/05/2026: We tried this place based on the reviews and weren't disappointed. At the start, you're given a small welcome platter. And then there's bigoli with a wide selection of sauces; we tried a few, and they were all excellent. Excellent, even the price. It would be nice to be able to do a tasting for just two people. As for the service, the guy with the ponytail is super kind and professional, while the waitresses, on the other hand, are all young and perhaps a little unprepared. A little more smile wouldn't hurt, but it's nothing serious. If we return to Mantua, it will definitely be a must-try. Highly recommended 👍🏻

10/04/2026: I ordered an excellent pizza, the dessert was good but it should be better prepared, a semifreddo that is too cold is not the best even waiting for it to acclimatize loses its flavor, the service was welcoming, perhaps on a holiday evening, I was perplexed by the attitude at times not only with me but with everyone as if they were superior and annoyed by the presence of customers and various requests, however I think I will return perhaps on a non-holiday date
