06/04/2026: We found the property while looking for a hotel near the famous Frasassi Caves, and the location turned out to be perfect: just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is spotless and very well-maintained, with a classic, homey style, without excess but with attention to detail. The staff is extremely helpful, always smiling and professional, which really makes the difference. The property also has ample and convenient parking, which is very convenient. We also had the opportunity to use the wellness center: not huge, but well-organized and pleasant. Breakfast was the icing on the cake: rich, beautifully presented, with fresh, local products. The homemade desserts are truly superb, and the buffet is always well-stocked and constantly replenished. If we really had to find a small flaw, it would be the rooms that are a bit noisy and could perhaps benefit from a slight renovation. —> These are minor details, however, compared to the overall experience, which was absolutely pleasant.

03/02/2026: I'm not vegan, but I found the food not only beautifully presented but also incredibly tasty. The service was impeccable but not intrusive. The atmosphere was informal but clean and well-maintained. They welcomed our dog with genuine love and respect. Superb!

12/01/2026: Today, I had lunch with some friends at this restaurant, which I've been frequenting for a long time. For a vegan, Essenza is a guarantee, featuring top-quality, organic ingredients. The dishes will satisfy even the most discerning vegan, and the menu offers a wide selection. From classic Maremma tortelli to beetroot tortelli with creamed turnip greens, which I thoroughly enjoyed, to refined and delicious main courses, and finally, a variety of desserts to enjoy. For non-vegans, I recommend trying it for yourself; you'll have an experience you'll want to repeat. The place is very charming and welcoming, and the staff is professional, kind, and attentive, ready to accommodate your every request.

12/01/2026: We've been there several times during our Tuscan holidays and have always enjoyed excellent Tuscan specialties. The combination of delicatessen and restaurant creates a unique atmosphere. The service and friendliness are very pleasant. Reservations are recommended as it's very popular. In the summer, you can also sit outside. The fact that so many Italians dine here speaks volumes about the quality. We feel comfortable there and will definitely return, especially since the price-performance ratio is excellent.

28/02/2026: A croissant for €1.30, a mille-feuille for €2, and a small chocolate cake for €1 = frankly, that's a very reasonable price for the quality you get elsewhere. Quite a few people there in the morning, having a coffee or buying something. I'm not disappointed.

11/11/2025: I was there a few days ago on a Friday evening (7.11.25). If you don't know the area, you won't find it; it's not on the street, so to speak. Parking: a sour note because the place is in the middle of a densely populated area, and every street has cars parked left and right (there's a large parking lot nearby, which is a 5-minute walk). I ate the pizza: well, I have to say, it was good; I liked it. Thick crust, but good dough. Just the right amount of toppings, not too little or too much. Bathrooms: in great condition! Clean and well-kept. Maybe because the place wasn't full, but in any case, I found them tidy. The only downside (but subjective) is that if it had been 3-4 degrees warmer, I would have given the place 4 stars. Overall, a positive review.

20/12/2025: Xhoni is very kind!!! Xhoni is really friendly. Everyone speaks some Korean, and it was nice that there was a Korean menu!!! For reference, as of 12/20, I ordered a 1.3kg T-bone and it came out to 106 euros.

16/03/2026: This place offers ramen and other Japanese dishes, both traditional and revisited. We've tried practically the entire menu several times, and there's not a single dish we didn't like. I highly recommend the pork bao and the miso panna cotta! The ramen is also excellent. The prices are reasonable for the quality: two bao, two main dishes, and two desserts cost around €45.

18/04/2026: They're not huge piadinas, but they're still very good. Their proximity to the Royal Palace makes them crowded, but you can always find a seat inside or outside because a piadina and a drink go down quickly.

22/02/2026: We've been frequenting the old location for years because of the quality of the dough and ingredients used. The pizzas are of a high standard, but this is undermined, to our great disappointment, by the rudeness of the wait staff. Due to a slight delay involving two out of six people (who were seated on time and had also placed orders for the others), less than an hour into dinner, when we asked for dessert, the waitress "politely" asked us to desist and leave the table. Aside from the fact that we've never experienced such an unpleasant situation before, it will probably put us off continuing to frequent the restaurant. What a shame.

25/01/2026: I went to this lovely restaurant/pizzeria on a Sunday evening. It's not very large inside, but it's beautifully decorated and meticulously crafted. I ordered a taco appetizer, pizza, and dessert. One of the best pizzerias I've tried so far, with light, easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients. I've tried a lot of pizzerias, visiting one a week, and this one is definitely in the top three. I highly recommend trying it. Quick service and a fair price/quality ratio.
