14/03/2025: Diciamo che io e mia moglie siamo habitué del locale, ci torniamo per vari motivi: Primo, perche per noi è "casa". Ci sentiamo sempre i benvenuti, coccolati, "in famiglia"...un po per il luogo, caldo e accogliente, un po per la professionalità di chi ci lavora che non è mai invadente o fuori luogo. Anzi, è sempre discreto e puntuale. In secondo luogo perché è un luogo dove si mangia benissimo. Qualsiasi cosa propongano non è mai "arrangiata", ogni singola verdura, spezia, ingrediente, nel piatto è di qualita e si percepisce. Un esempio? Il riso al salto perfettamente equilibrato, i tomini il cui radicchio ho divorato (e io non amo il radicchio!) Il seitan con verdure leggerissime. Ma anche il dolce, leggero ma equilibrato. Insomma, ormai è il nostro posto "del cuore"... E, dopo stasera, abbiamo deciso di prenotare anche per la prossima settimana. Avessi fatto 1 recensione per tutte le volte che ci ho cenato(e mangiato bene) ce ne sarebbero state 10 in piu. C'è un cartello dentro che dice che Hortus non è solo un ristorante, ma tanto altro... Devo dire che ci siete riusciti in pieno. P.s. un'ultima nota: uno degli obiettivi di chi ha fatto Hortus, era proporre prezzi equi. Ecco, a mio parere, hanno raggiunto piu che pienamente l'obiettivo. I prezzi sono davvero ottimi, soprattutto alla luce della qualita che propongono(ma anche in senso assoluto)

19/02/2025: Unforgettable Experience! First vegetarian restaurant in my life and it was magical! Very nice place, with completely open kitchen. Private parking available. Very kind, scrupulous and prepared staff. The dishes, starting with the bread, were all delicious! My favorites were the cocoa tagliatelle and the tomini en crust. The almond cake is delicious! I can't wait to go back already!!!

13/03/2025: Ein sehr gepflegtes Restaurant, endlich mal auch ein Restaurant mit Tischdecken und gediegen im Ambiente. Noch wichtiger: das Essen schmeckt hier hervorragend, Service ist professionell schnell und freundlich. Weine hervorragend, riesige Auswahl von günstig aber dennoch gut bis hervorragend und natürlich dann etwas teurer. Absolute Empfehlung!

08/03/2025: Siamo stati un paio di giorni in vacanza ad Agrigento Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo ristorante scelta azzeccata Posto magico, curato il personale molto attento al cliente. Menù vario, piatti belli Abbiamo preso un piatto di crudite' meraviglioso e soprattutto la materia prima eccezionale, una degustazione di antipasti caldi ottimi, i paccheri al nero di seppia con burrata e totani veramente gustosa per finire un dolce millefoglie con crema chantilly e fragoline di bosco straordinaria. Veramente bel posto da consigliare.

04/02/2025: If you believe that perfection is unattainable you have not been from Indiniò. That "nowhere else" is there this attention to detail is clear as soon as you enter: materials, lighting, decorations, distribution of tables, mis en place, everything is tasteful and in the right place. And while you are happily enveloped in this intimate, warm and refined atmosphere at the same time, the real magic begins. With small but precise accents, the dining maître leads the tasting experience by giving a name to what you are perceiving through sight and smell, both very satisfying! And when you taste it you feel each element and at the same time a wonderful overall harmony that amplifies dish after dish because even the sequence, the pairings with the wine and last but not least the rhythm of the courses here are excellent. To give a further sensorial stimulus there is the creative flair of the chef who presents mini-macarons in the entrée and as a final cuddle an apparently perfect olive and the essence of a traditional local first course. Praise also goes to the service which is impeccable while remaining natural and spontaneous.

17/03/2025: One of the best ice creams I've ever eaten or, perhaps, the best ever. We stopped with my boyfriend, attracted by the excellent reviews on Google and the information written on a blackboard outside (only natural ingredients) and I must say that IT IS REALLY WORTH IT!!! The two of us took 3 cups (we couldn't resist) and all the flavors we tried were delicious: - Biscuit and oats without milk - Amaretto and cinnamon - Biscuit cream - Masgalano walnuts and figs - Malaga Rum Raisin - Grandma's cream - MUST TRY | Pairing: 100% pear + ginger & honey Every month the flavors change (except for the great classics) based on seasonality (big plus) and requests, both the ice cream maker and the lady at the counter are very kind and passionate about their work, ready to recommend combinations and flavours. Even though I'm far away, I'll make sure to come back!!!

21/03/2025: Sono ritornata in questa piccola gelateria dopo un anno e devo confermare che la qualità è sempre eccellente. I gelati sono fatti con prodotti di altissima qualità e tipicamente siciliani. Ho potuto inoltre acquistare prodotti tipici della Sicilia , colombe pasquali, biscotti di diverse qualità, cioccolato di Modica e pesto di pistacchi tutti prodotti artigianalmente dai maestri pasticceri siciliani. Se si è a Roma un gelato in questa gelateria non può assolutamente mandare. Straconsigliato a tutti!!!

02/12/2024: We were a little disappointed due to the outstanding reviews. The ambience is unparalleled and the service is friendly. But the food only looked great on the menu. My fried potatoes with red cabbage were simple potato pancakes with raw grated red cabbage. This is not a high level of cooking and tasted a bit bland - like raw food. Still a nice evening, but you shouldn't go here if you appreciate very good food. Then it's better to trust the Michelin Guide.

05/11/2024: Amazing place! The food, the owner who took care of us and the atmosphere were amazing. They welcomed us really nicely and even put a candle on my desert as it was my birthday. We had tuna and octopus and both were beautiful. We also had an appetizer which was super nice and a delicious cheesecake. Highly recommend and book a table for sure as there are only few tables inside.

08/01/2025: It was my first time at the restaurant, the location is convenient as it is 10 minutes from Turin Porta Nuova station, therefore useful for stocking up for any trips. From what I understand all the products are lactose free, so you will have to give up the daisy. I had the opportunity to taste different types of pizza by the slice, and in any case the protagonist turns out to be the meltable and certainly light dough. There is the possibility of heating the products purchased to be able to enjoy them at their best. The place is typical of a bakery so the space is quite limited especially at peak times, but on the other hand the staff is very helpful and in all respects kind (just think that I was offered some pieces of very good white focaccia even though I am not a regular customer). The prices perhaps slightly higher than those I'm used to but certainly justified by the quality of the final result. Basically, if you are in the area, I recommend stopping by to taste a wide choice of excellent pizza by the slice, a product which in recent times has been increasingly rare to find (as God commands).
