04/01/2026: We found ourselves unable to find a table at any restaurant (all fully booked), so we opted for this bar with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful, fast staff. The charcuterie boards were good, and the cocktails and beer were plentiful. The only drawback was that they didn't order the pasta dishes because they needed work (the carbonara was inedible), and the Knorr mushroom risotto... And unfortunately, the prices were above average, but there's always room for improvement.

07/03/2026: Our first night at Kraemerthal was so good (really lucky to get a table during carnival) we ended up going four times during our holiday. Paola and Tiziano were fabulous hosts and our joint Google translate efforts were fun - improved when my daughter arrived as our Italian translator! Really great food (the Tagliata was particularly good) and fab takeaway pizzas, along with a really friendly & welcoming team. We will definitely be back next time in Aosta.

15/12/2025: An elegant restaurant with a refined atmosphere in the center of Cervinia at absolutely reasonable prices. The polenta concia or Valdostana is truly delicious. Both versions are flavorful. The price is a bit higher for the wine.

17/03/2026: They welcomed us on a workday afternoon, providing Wi-Fi and electricity for two hours while we sat with our laptops on the coffee table and enjoyed a spritz. Smiling, friendly, and genuine. Then a bottle of red wine, a magnificent platter, and excellent grilled vegetables. We watched excellent pizzas pass by. Thank you so much. Brave.

14/12/2025: We really put the place to the test because there were 30 of us and it was very chaotic, yet with calm and patience they managed the service. We mostly ate the pizza, and everyone was satisfied. Thanks again for your patience!

29/09/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at the Valnontey restaurant in Cogne, and we can say without hesitation that it was an excellent experience. 🍽️ The menu features traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley, carefully prepared. In addition to a delicious appetizer of tomini, cured meats, and local cheeses, we sampled the creamy and enveloping fondue, the rustic and flavorful soça, and the famous Cogne crema con le tegole, a traditional dessert that ended the dinner on a perfect note. 🍷 The selection of Aosta Valley wines is extensive and well-cured. The Gamay we chose was a pleasant discovery: it paired perfectly with the dishes. 🎯 Attentive, courteous, and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. Our only small flaw: the room was a little cold.

07/02/2026: When we thought it was closed, the person making the crepes yelled at us, it's open, then by mistake we didn't close the door, he's here, he yelled at us again, then when I didn't give him 50 cents, it seemed like I had broken into his shop.

17/11/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at Le Sapin Rouge. Coming down from Cervinia, I stopped simply to ask for a toasted sandwich, but was told they could only make me a sandwich. Shortly afterward, however, I was told they didn't even have bread. Honestly, it seemed absurd: walking into a bar and finding out they can't even make a toasted sandwich or a sandwich is a bit like stopping for a coffee and being told they don't have coffee. A truly unprofessional incident, which leaves a bad impression on a place that, being in a tourist area, should at least guarantee the availability of basic products. I can't honestly judge the kitchen service, as I didn't even receive basic service.

05/09/2025: Finally, after a few years, in memory of memorable barbecues, we returned to Tamara and Pasquale. A magnificent confirmation. The best grilled fish, meat, and vegetables in the Aosta Valley are here. All accompanied by undisputed friendliness. Well done. Keep up the good work!

26/09/2025: The best gilato I have ever had. We arrived at 12pm and even though they open at 12:30, they opened the doors early for us and were very friendly.

06/06/2025: The best bar in the world, they are VERY POLITE, the prices are FANTASTIC, the environment is CALM AND CLEAN (ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM), the food is DELICIOUS, EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC!

16/02/2026: Very cute, warm, and welcoming place! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had tagliatelle with artichokes and pecorino romano, pappardelle with venison ragù, and beef carpaccio with fondue and pears. The pasta is all homemade. Everything was delicious! The bill was reasonable. Highly recommended.

28/02/2026: We first discovered this restaurant as a lovely sunny terrace serving drinks and lunch. It quickly became our go-to morning apre-ski spot, greatly helped by the wonderful waitress Chai (apologies if my spelling is wrong). She is amazing, really on the ball in dealing with a lot of diners, very engaging and friendly, lots of personality. We asked her for a recommendation for dinner and she encouraged us to come again that evening. We were a little dubious but ultimately persuaded by her charm. We were so pleased that we were! The restaurant has a very different vibe - charming, rustic alpine style, linen tablecloths etc. The menu was perhaps the most comprehensive we had seen in the resort - there was something for everyone, including very good fish. We loved our time there - it feels like a family venture with all of the friendliness this implies. Recommended for lunch and dinner!

01/12/2025: An experience to repeat, the pizza is fantastic, amazing cocktails, great passion from all the staff.. I had a pizza and it was fantastic cooking and fragrance of a true Neapolitan pizza chef..🚨

28/11/2025: The only downside is that it's a bit chilly in the enclosed veranda near the windows, and cold air blows down on you from the vents above. Otherwise, the pizzas are delicious and easy to digest, one of the best I've ever eaten in the valley. The desserts are excellent, and the service is perfect. The prices are also excellent, highly recommended!
