Typical restaurant in Cervinia. Friendly and helpful staff! In three evenings, we tried all the typical Aosta Valley dishes, and they were truly delicious! Their famous tiramisu was divine. Excellent value. Reservations are recommended. Highly recommended!!!

My boyfriend and I had dinner last night at this typical Aosta Valley restaurant. We were blown away by the deliciousness of the onion soup and the gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste, truly excellent dishes, so much so that we sent compliments to the chef: The staff was extremely kind and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back as soon as we're back in Cervinia, especially to try the desserts, which looked truly inviting. Highly recommended!

We did a day excursion from Zermatt and ended up in the town of Cervino. Somehow all restaurants marked open by Google are closed and this one, marked closed by Google is open. We ordered snails, onion soup, porcini pasta. Snails are a bit watery but the other two are very delicious.

Arriving after a wonderful spring ski day on the Breuil-Cervinia glacier, my ski partner and I couldn't find anything open. Asking the chairlift staff for advice, they directed us to Blason. Since it was already 2:30 PM, we thought the kitchen would be unavailable, but instead we were welcomed with great kindness and helpfulness. And it was there that we saw the love and dedication they put into their work. We enjoyed an excellent typical Aosta Valley lunch, really well-prepared and of high quality, accompanied by a Aosta Valley wine recommended by the waiter, which turned out to be excellent. A very positive experience, a restaurant highly recommended.

Delicious appetizers and desserts! Just a small note about the Valdostana crepe: very good, but with a truly excessive amount of cheese, which, after a few bites, makes it a bit heavy.

The pizzas are also completely convincing: the crust has a unique texture, different from the classic Neapolitan or thin crust, but the overall flavor is excellent and the ingredients are quality. Ambience and Service: The atmosphere is welcoming, simple, and with a decidedly family-friendly feel that makes you feel at ease. One small logistical point: there are no coat hangers, which can be inconvenient, especially in the winter months. Note on Drinks: A sore point for beer lovers. The selection is very limited: only Moretti blonde beer is available on tap, and only 33cl bottles are available in bottles, with no options for those who prefer red or craft beers. 02/05/2026: A welcoming bar with fast and friendly service. The view of the river and the Roman bridge is beautiful. Perfect for a quiet evening.
12/04/2026: A perfect stop just outside the Aosta Valley, in Pont-Saint-Martin. We had piadina and pinsa with traditional ingredients: delicious and generous portions. The service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere is simple and quiet, made pleasant by the sound of the Lys River. It's also interesting that the area was featured in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Recommended for a quick stop during your trip 👍
