Le Coeur du Pont In Donnas

We stayed over the New Year weekend and had a great time, the location is very comfortable and the service is excellent. Unfortunately we had an unexpected problem with the room, we were given a different room to the one booked, fortunately it wasn't a problem for us assuming we would have received a discount. Which happened, but with little transparency and lack of responsiveness from the owner, who given the inconvenience for which she was responsible (and given the quality of the service of those who put her to work on site) we would have expected a better approach. I would have given it five stars if it hadn't been for this mix-up which caused us a bit of discomfort at times. In any case, I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a pleasant and strategic position for the source of Bard and Pont Saint Martin.

A heart is the theme of the hotel, and the heart is what the owners and collaborators put into it, discreet but always available and ready to advise guests on their every request. We will be back!

It's a really nice place, nice rooms without air conditioning, but luckily it wasn't very hot, the owners were very helpful, very good breakfast
