I went to this restaurant on Sunday evening for dinner and have only positive things to say about it, starting with the attentive, smiling, courteous, and welcoming staff (even with my dog). Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was quick. They have a very pretty garden, with fairy lights that create a special atmosphere. We ordered three pizzas, each better than the last, with excellent, refined ingredients. The dough was incredibly light and fluffy. The quality was exceptional. They also have original and, above all, delicious desserts. There's nothing I'd change...and we'll definitely see you again soon. Congratulations to all the staff!

I didn't find it to live up to its reputation. The pizza was good but not fantastic. I had the parmigiana, but I didn't like the flavor combination and the tomato sauce was tart. The desserts were cloying and definitely overpriced. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere, despite being a tent, was pleasant and well-divided. The beers were good. The price was a bit high.

We were greeted sweetly and kindly by the owner. We were a group of 16 and we ate really well!! The pizzas were very good, especially the Margherita.

Excellent service, really good pizza, we tried both the fried and the classic version, and there was also a wide selection of desserts. We tried the modern single-serving version with salted caramel and peanuts, excellent. My compliments to the entire staff. You'll definitely be seeing us often :).

Super friendly, excellent pizza, appropriately priced. Parking is not a problem. It has a nice enclosed porch that can open up. The lady I assume is the owner is a sweetheart. 22/06/2026: I could tell you about the explosion of flavors, the authentic and fresh dishes, or the carefully selected ingredients, including wild herbs and small local producers. I could also tell you about the wonder of the pairings, which, even when unusual, instill a sense of nostalgia for times that, only apparently, seemed to be gone. But it's the man and his humanity that I want to talk about instead: if you're lucky enough for Adio to have time to chat with you at the table, that's when a visit to the inn reveals its true essence: against all odds, excellent food is linked to human warmth and a sincere welcome...never out of place, never out of place. One doesn't live by work or money alone, but by good food, fresh air, friends, and quality human relationships, where people know and recognize one another. Thanks to Adio and to all the people who work with him with love. P.S. Another gem that perhaps few people know is that at Adio you can find a guide written by him: "Other Roads. Itineraries on the dirt roads between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. Stories of rural resistance." Ask him to show it to you, it's worth it!
02/06/2026: A wonderful place nestled in the woods, a well-kept and welcoming venue. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and cheerful. The food is truly delicious, with excellent ingredients and authentic dishes. The prices are fair for the quality and atmosphere: we'll definitely be back!
