22/01/2026: My family and I ate here, and an ordinary Thursday turned into a wonderful experience. The restaurant is lovely, and the blonde lady who served us was professional, empathetic, and incredibly kind. Superb food... Thank you so much! We'll spread the word throughout our Marche region, and we'll definitely be back!

04/01/2026: I went there for lunch in early January, on a Saturday. It overlooks Trevi Square and is a small place, a bit cramped inside, but there's also outdoor seating in the square for the summer. We arrived early and it filled up quickly; reservations are recommended. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the prices were fair, and the portions were generous. We ordered bruschetta, cured meats, and pasta dishes. Everything was excellent, especially the truffle stringozzi, which I highly recommend.

01/02/2026: A place worth a visit after visiting one of Italy's most beautiful villages. It's a pleasure to stop at this trattoria, carefully managed by owner Alessandro. The care is evident in the preparation and the dishes he offers, showcasing seasonal ingredients and paying attention to the flavors of each dish. Try it!

05/12/2025: What a wonderful restaurant! While searching for gluten-free options, this place popped up, and it was definitely the best choice. The risotto is spectacular. We returned for dinner as well and tried the tartare, croquettes, and cod. The portions aren't enormous, but the quality is exquisite. Daniele's service was impeccable. Highly recommended if you're ever in Assisi.

01/12/2025: A very nice osteria. 2 professional, kind and courteous hosts. They offered us a sampling of delicious appetizers. We ordered 2 first courses and they were delicious.

18/01/2026: Very nice trattoria, located along the road. Good food and excellent prices. Reservations are recommended as it gets very busy. Generous portions, friendly waiters, and a warm atmosphere (in winter) are always welcome! We'll be back!

13/12/2025: Dinner with two friends after visiting Cascia/Roccaporena. It was my second time there. It's a small, family-run trattoria, serving traditional local dishes, including homemade pasta and meat selected and butchered by the owner, who is also an expert hunter. Keep up the good work until next time!

01/01/2026: An inn nestled in the green Umbrian hills near Montefalco, with an adjoining guesthouse. Found completely by chance, it turned out to be a huge stroke of luck. Welcoming, intimate, very rustic and warm, the restaurant proved to be an incredible refuge on a bitterly cold New Year's Eve evening, offering a rich and unique à la carte menu drawing on local specialties. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish and were delighted by the attentive and courteous staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive to the needs and schedules of each table. The price was completely in line with the service and quality of the dishes offered. The panettone, of course, homemade with all-natural and local ingredients, with creams, recommended for dessert, was so good that we purchased one separately at the end of the dinner. Worth noting was the great humanity and sensitivity shown during an unpleasant situation between a couple at a nearby table. With great tact and delicacy, a very subtle intervention was implemented, which completely resolved the situation. I take my hat off to the attentive service from the owner/chef and the staff. Overall, therefore, a 10+++ rating. Not much to report, but a truly delightful discovery. Congratulations, well done!

07/01/2026: As an off-menu item, I ordered tagliatelle with black truffle. The truffle was of good quality and quantity. My only complaint was that the dish was a bit disjointed, and unfortunately, everything got cold very quickly.

18/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner on January 17, 2026. We had a divine meal in a very beautiful setting. The staff was very kind, and the bill was reasonable. We recommend the gnocchi with pecorino cheese and truffle.

12/01/2026: In the heart of Perugia, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and the dishes are delicious and carefully prepared (pictured: stringozzi with wild boar ragù). We'll return again every time we visit Perugia.

19/02/2026: A very mediocre, bordering on bad, food place. Exorbitant prices for the quality. I don't recommend it at all. Among other things, they charged us 9 euros for a slice of flatbread, and on top of that, it was awful.

17/02/2026: A small, well-maintained and well-organized trattoria in the center of Assisi. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to offer excellent suggestions on dishes to choose from. It was a pleasant discovery; the dishes are excellent, and the ingredients used are top-notch. All at a fair price. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by; you won't be disappointed.

08/12/2025: I have to say the truth is a little corner of paradise, the kind owner offers these focaccias made to order (I didn't expect it at all) with top quality products and minimal waiting times, I warmly recommend it

30/01/2026: If you want a special pizza, from the dough to the toppings, choose Salto. The menu features specialty pizzas with various doughs that change seasonally. Fantastic and explosive sandwiches, crafted from start to finish according to the owner's pizza chef's creativity. You'll find a young, dedicated team of staff who are well-suited to the setting. A restaurant with locally sourced ingredients. So, what are you going to do? Want to make a pizza?

28/02/2026: We've been coming here for years. The staff and the food are both solid, and they're two elements that can't be separated. The specialty is meat. Another specialty is the Maître d'. He makes the desserts, welcomes you, recognizes you, and always offers two dishes off the menu. Something we appreciate and try. The quality is unquestionable. The wines are unquestionable. The wine selection we request must exclude the usual winery known for its Sagrantino. There are dozens of local wineries that make a Sagrantino that's superior to the renowned ones, if not "marred" by the name. Take their advice and you'll find yourself in a new world. Price should be the least of your worries. Here, we're at the level of Michelin-starred cuisine.

27/02/2026: Second visit, the restaurant really lived up to the reviews. This time I had grilled meat, the fillet with truffle was extraordinary. Everything was delicious with competent and polite staff. I will definitely be back.

12/01/2026: A wonderful memory! We ate wonderfully and enjoyed the local flavors, accompanied by excellent service, hospitality, and, above all, attention to detail from the owner and the entire staff. It's become unusual to find such high-quality food paired with such professionalism, making us want to return and try the other restaurant, "Alla Terrazza," owned by the same owner. A recommended stop for anyone passing through Castiglione who wants to eat well while being surrounded by smiles!

06/01/2026: For the fourth year in a row, our family vacation ended with lunch at this restaurant and wine bar. The manager was wonderful, the service excellent, and the quality dishes ranged from appetizers with all kinds of platters and very special crostini; to the main courses with hand-cut, fresh tartar, and excellent seasonings. I also recommend the roast fillets, especially with Sagrantino, which melts in your mouth and the sauce is top-notch. The other main courses I tried were also excellent, including the cheek stew, which I also recommend. Those who love soups should also try it. They're really good. Thank you so much. Being a wine bar, the drinks are also excellent and well-recommended, depending on what you eat. You can buy a glass or bottle, which you can easily take home if you don't finish it. I hope to return next year. It's worth it.

10/01/2026: I've only tried the restaurant, a traditional establishment that has embraced modernity, both in its decor and presentation. The food is good, as is the wine selection. The service is courteous. Unfortunately, there's no traditional paper menu. Prices are mid-range.

We were welcomed with great kindness into this family-friendly environment; they're so friendly, and their simple approach makes us feel at home. The food is exquisite, with high-quality homemade cured meats and delicious first courses. Zoe's friendliness and politeness are to be commended. A must-try if you're in the area; you won't regret it.
