06/08/2025: Restaurants like we love so much and which are becoming increasingly rare. A great restaurant thanks to the owner's heart, who treats us like regulars, like family. It was very frustrating not being able to answer him in Italian. The menu is a surprise, you just have to trust him and enjoy the delicious authentic cuisine of the country girl. After 2 weeks spent in northern Italy, then in Tuscany, restaurants for lunch and dinner, it is here, in Umbria, that we were best received, that we ate the best, and that we fell in love. Wonderful meal. Thank you sir, stay as you are!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highlights include gnocchi with pheasant ragù, venison with broad beans, and lamb chops. The wine list is reasonably priced.

10/07/2025: Dinner with my wife, July 8th. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the service excellent; the hostess was very kind. The food was more than satisfying. The starters were delicious!!! We'll definitely be back.

06/09/2025: Family dinner in the historic center of Narni. The staff were incredibly friendly and explained the menu in detail, as it changes frequently based on the seasonal ingredients. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, mandricoli pasta with wild boar sauce, and vegetables on the side. Everything was delicious and plentiful! The house wine also paired well with the dishes! Excellent value, highly recommended!

23/07/2025: The service was great, the pasta with meat and truffles was divine, and the carbonara was unfortunately so salty it was hard to eat. The atmosphere was fantastic.

08/09/2025: I just went to get some take-out pizzas and immediately noticed a beautiful location surrounded by greenery, with the possibility of eating outside too. Everyone was very hospitable and kind and the pizza was good.

13/09/2025: I've been coming to Pecchiarda for 40 years and immediately noticed the change of pace. The menu features gourmet dishes. The already lovely place is well-maintained, and the renovations that were underway are about to expand with a new veranda. The wait staff is extremely friendly, and the prices are reasonable. However, in the end, what we ate didn't live up to expectations. The dishes definitely need improvement (stringozzi with too much oil, too much garlic, and sour tomato, game mousse with too much vinegar, pine nut ice cream, and grainy salted caramel). The house wine is good. Good luck.

19/08/2025: Our first experience at this small restaurant in the center of Perugia, and we had a great time. Run by two knowledgeable and professional people, the menu and prices are clearly displayed. There were four of us, and we ordered the XL bread platter. Truly high-quality local products, and there are tables outside for eating. There is no bathroom as there is no catering. If you're passing through Perugia, you have to stop by. Very fair prices. Highly recommended.

20/08/2025: We didn't stay, but we'll do so next time. We ate at the restaurant, which was excellent quality and quantity, well-priced, and welcoming. Gluten-free options are a big plus. We'll be back.

30/07/2025: Были с семьей. Было очень вкусно. Брали детям жареное мясо на гриле (большая порция на двоих); кньоки с трюфелем, дегустационный сет из бутеров с местной рыбкой (из озера); осьминог; ; вино. Нам повезло, перед нами позвонили и отменили бронь на террасе и это был последний столик. Поэтому рекомендую делать бронь заранее. Ресторан напротив (бистро) тоже их же. Но там блюда больше бистро (тартары и что-то ещё)

06/09/2025: The restaurant is very welcoming, and the staff is helpful and polite. We ordered two appetizers, the tartare and the carpaccio. The meat itself is good, but the truffle is tasteless. We specifically chose the restaurant for its selection of black truffles, but unfortunately, we weren't satisfied. We then ordered a second course, two slices of porcini mushrooms and truffle. The porcini mushrooms seemed to be preserved in oil, and the truffle was barely noticeable. Furthermore, the meat was undercooked, resulting in a very rubbery texture. We're sorry to leave a bad review, as it's clear there's a lot of research and passion behind this place, and the staff are very nice, but I don't think we'll be back.

01/09/2025: A nice place, if I may make a suggestion: when there is a woman at the table, she is always served first. I had all the courses last... very serious when you want to create a restaurant of a certain level. And another small point about the porcini mushrooms in the tagliata. I would have preferred them frozen and cooked on the spot, not in oil....
