The gorgeous day allowed us to sit outside, and from there, everything was a pleasure. We were warmly welcomed and served with attention and professionalism: we felt truly pampered. 04/04/2026: It doesn't disappoint. Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms with wooden furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, even with their wine selection. The restaurant serves delicious and delicious dishes, and there's also a cheese and vegetable buffet. The spa is also very nice, with a pool, massage options, and a lovely area with a sauna, hydromassage, and Turkish bath. The shuttle service to the ski slopes is also convenient. Recommended.

16/04/2026: Historic restaurant and hotel. It is located in the center of Norcia. Managed with love and passion. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and welcoming. The food is magnificent and presented with taste and elegance. The staff is kind and friendly. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but the atmosphere in the dining room was particularly pleasant, as if, even though everyone was alone, there was a sense of togetherness in sharing the moment, inviting a nod, a smile, a word. I was happy to be here. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

They've packed too many tables into the smaller rooms, and the echo of voices was a bit annoying. ​On a positive note, the service was quick, very kind, and very friendly. ​As for the food, the portions were generous, but unfortunately the quality didn't entirely convince me; it lacked that extra something. Ultimately, the price seemed a bit high and not quite commensurate with what we ate.

10/04/2026: I couldn't believe it: so close to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, just 50 meters away, there's such a beautiful structure. Evocative interiors with carved rock, a magnificent garden outside, and truly beautiful lava stone tables. Luckily, I took the advice: I came and had a truly wonderful meal.

The interior is also fantastic, with a charming and characterful dining room. The staff is truly helpful, and the food is delicious: it's definitely not a touristy place, despite the very reasonable prices. And it's worth noting: it's just 50 steps from the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi.

21/03/2026: Located in the center of Trevi... a very cute place, pappardelle with wild boar ragù and ricotta and walnut tortelli... spectacular... all washed down with a glass of Montefalco red wine. The staff were kind and extremely helpful, especially with my kids. I recommend stopping by... if you pass through this charming village.

Not only that, but the staff has remained the same for decades. The menu ranges from raw seafood, appetizers, handmade first courses, and fish or meat main courses, always with a unique touch tied to the season: artichokes, truffles that speak of the region, and traditional Umbrian desserts.
