11/02/2026: An elegant and very welcoming restaurant. There wasn't a single course we didn't enjoy, from appetizers to dessert, everything was meticulously prepared and excellent. A special mention also goes to the very kind and cheerful owners, not to mention the delightful waiter and the very knowledgeable and attentive sommelier. It was a very pleasant and relaxing lunch with colleagues. We will definitely be back.

04/01/2026: Excellent pastry shop where I went for breakfast with friends. Old-fashioned place, good products, and impeccable service. One of the best in Spoleto from what I've seen.

09/03/2026: Evocative setting, in a cave. Smiling, kind, and attentive staff. Food quality 10+! The cured meats and cheeses as appetizers were delicious. The grilled meat was plentiful. The suckling pig was tender and delicious. Trust me, it's a must-try if you want to eat and feel good ☺️

07/03/2026: This evening I went with my pregnant partner to this unique restaurant, carved into Etruscan caves. The welcome was excellent, the staff were incredibly courteous (everyone was smiling). The dishes were generous and beautifully presented! We had polenta with capocollo and fondue as an appetizer (EXCEPTIONAL), followed by a tasting of cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta (abundant and made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors). Then we moved on to umbrichelli pasta with scallop and pistachio (delicious), and wild boar in a sweet and sour sauce with caramelized onion! To finish, a ricotta and cream casserole and a profiteroles to drink: two bottles of water and a bottle of wine came to €80 (a more than reasonable price for the location and the good food). The cleanliness of the place, the attention to detail, and the customer service were all truly perfect! A special thanks to Sandra, the owner, and Luana, the waitress who served us. They were kind, helpful, and courteous! An evening to remember, for sure. Thank you ❤️

09/11/2025: The appetizers and pizzas are very good. The atmosphere is welcoming; on weekends, reservations are recommended to reduce wait times. The staff is friendly.

30/11/2025: We came back for the second time... The first was a good experience but today failed... If I ask for something without chili pepper because I can't eat it and if I eat it I'll end up in the hospital, the waiter wasn't at all attentive to my problem because he was annoyed if I pointed it out with a huff... Then the hair in the dessert is true, it can happen but even there he was annoyed because it was pointed out, positive that they didn't make me pay for it but didn't even apologize... Disappointed... If they had got up and left it would have been definitely better

23/11/2025: Chanced upon this nice little restaurant, actually there's many seats inside. It's November and the temperature is 6 degrees Celsius so we sate inside. We ordered 3 pastas 1- Umbrichelle Amatricina 13€ 2- Ginocchi 4 Formaggi 13€ 3 Pappardelle Al Raggi ( recommended) 13€ Lamb Chop 18€ 5- 1 local red wine 4€ 6- Mineral water 2€ 7- Coke Zero 4€ 8- 3 pax at 2€ each Very nice cozy Resturant Friendly staff, looks like family owned Food was great. Restroom is clean too

06/01/2026: A wonderful experience! From the very first moment, you can feel the magical atmosphere and the intimate setting, perfect for a special day. A special thanks goes to Giulio and Gemma: their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly pampered, like we were at a friend's house. ​As for the food, the quality is excellent: the cured meats and cheeses are simply top-notch! The first courses are rich in flavor, and the second courses are exceptional; an honorable mention goes to the guinea fowl, cooked to perfection. To finish on a high note, I absolutely recommend their tiramisu. We can't wait to return!

02/03/2026: Four stars because we leave room for improvement. Excellent food, from appetizers to first courses, excellent meat dishes, and a wide selection of wines, including the house wine. Excellent service, right down to the desserts. Highly recommended. Perugia deserves another visit just to return to this restaurant. So we'll see you again in March. Excellent value for money. Okay, I'm not allowed to leave a new review, but after three months I returned and they confirmed the quality and professionalism throughout. 👍👍👍

27/02/2026: I had dinner with my wife this evening at Cantinone, and I must honestly say that the staff is extremely professional and kind. The dishes are of high quality and in adequate quantities. The price is very fair for what we ate. (In Liguria, we're used to higher prices, and clearly much higher.) The only thing I sincerely recommend improving is the wine by the glass. An excellent restaurant like Cantinone should offer its customers the option of a good glass of wine. This evening, the only wine available by the glass was the house wine. Congratulations, anyway.

15/02/2026: Good, simple little restaurant. The fireplace where they cook the meat is very beautiful, open on two sides, the kitchen and the dining room. It's a charming little village.

08/02/2026: A Sunday dedicated to typical Umbrian cuisine. In this historic restaurant, we savored authentic traditional cuisine, homemade pasta and fire-grilled meat. Everything was delicious. Excellent value for money.

03/01/2026: We had four porchetta sandwiches, which were very good. The space inside is very small, so pets are not allowed. There are also tables outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: A wonderful place with a view of Lake Trasimeno. The place is small, seating about 6-8 people outside and about 20 inside. I love it during the week for lunch when there's hardly anyone there; the outdoor table with a view is my all-time favorite. The dishes are very generous; the seafood spaghetti is enormous and delicious, but the raw fish and mussels are also excellent and plentiful. I finished lunch with a fantastic lemon sorbet, also plentiful. I spent €45 for an appetizer, first course, dessert, and water; the cover charge is €2. The staff was friendly and quick. The place was clean, including the bathroom, which is very spacious. Reservations aren't necessary during the week, but I highly recommend it on weekends to enjoy the outdoor view. A few cars pass by, but not too much to bother you. Parking is about 200-300 meters away, and there's a fee.

24/02/2026: Lovely seafood, beautiful view if you get a table on the terrace. Seemed to be a very popular place, so I recommend making reservations (so did we). A very enjoyable lunch.
