05/03/2026: Good food, but I'm not giving it five stars only because a starter on the menu was no longer available and a dessert I wanted to try was already sold out. Local, authentic ingredients, beautifully cooked and plated. The waiter was very kind and attentive.
04/03/2026: Despite its hidden location, the place is magnificent!
We had a really good time. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food excellent, the wait time was just right for the dishes being prepared, and the bill was perfectly in line with the prices. We even asked for changes, and they were patient in making everything!
We'll definitely be back!

21/07/2025: We were looking for a small restaurant just outside the city and found the perfect one: Le Delizie del Borgo is located in Silvestri Park near the two city gates and the city walls, and offers regional delicacies. We had delicious gnocchi al ragu, pasta al coniglio e con olive, tagliata di manzo, and a very good white wine from Montefalco! To finish, we had a dessert with apricot soufflé and wild berry sauce, and two coffees!
The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and the place quiet! The price-performance ratio was very good!
28/06/2025: The owner is kind and friendly. The restaurant is pet-friendly. The atmosphere is romantic. It's a pleasant evening, but don't expect to eat typical Umbrian dishes; the menu is somewhat contaminated, but tasty!

12/03/2026: One evening in March, we found ourselves in Bastia. And by chance, we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant. The decor is original. A lovely menu featuring quality meats. The staff was friendly, and we ate very well. Recommended.
23/01/2026: The place is perhaps a little crowded with tables compared to its actual size, but still nice.

13/08/2025: The restaurant is located in the center of Marsciano, and there's easy parking 150 meters away. Traffic was closed that day, so we ate on the street in a very nice location. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Umbrian focaccia with sausage, pecorino cheese, and chicory. The service was quick and efficient, especially from Sabrina, who is very friendly and approachable. I think the price was fair for the quality: we spent €66 for an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and two glasses of wine. I recommend booking.
10/08/2025: Fantastic food - the cheese marshmallows were particularly amazing, as was the chocolate fondant cake served in a cute wrapped present with a bow. Location with a beautiful view and staff were wonderful and friendly and full of life. Highly recommended .

19/01/2026: Very nice location. I've been there often and have always been very satisfied. The risotto and meat are excellent. I personally enjoyed the burrata with Cantabrian anchovies as an appetizer. Excellent.
18/01/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice with friends, both for lunch and dinner! Everything was truly excellent! The owners were incredibly talented and kind! Highly recommended!

A medieval atmosphere with well-balanced modern details, suitable for couples, families, and dinners with friends.
This year, our medium-sized dog was with us, and he was also very welcome.

12/03/2026: The owner kindly took the time to explain each dish, which made the experience even more special. Dining in a thousand-year-old cave created a truly unique and memorable atmosphere. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the chicken dish, dessert, and wine were all delicious. Thank you to the kind owner and staff for their warm hospitality. I would love to come back again on my next visit.
