15/03/2025: Siamo stati in una sera dove pioveva quindi il ristorante era tutto per noi! Posto molto accogliente anche se con pochi tavoli,personale gentilissimo e sa fare il syo lavoro. Tagliere du salumi buonissimo, uovo strapazzato al tartufo delicato,zuppa di lenticchie molto buona, dolce sin fundo..I tozzetti con vin santo..stratosferici..ci torniamo a stretto giro..bravi!!

The attention to detail is unsurpassed and the feeling of being transported to another era in this renovated farmhouse remains in your heart (the renovation was done to perfection, maintaining and respecting historicity and tradition) Breakfast made surrounded by nature with the highest quality products. 02/01/2025: L Arna è il ristorante del Ripa Relais,oltre a cenare per la durata del soggiorno ,abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno che ,sotto gli occhi discreti ma vigili della proprietà è scivolato magnificamente verso la fatidica mezzanotte allietati da un duo musicale molto valido.Nessuna sbavatura ,tutto davvero perfetto dai piatti ottimi mai sapori aggressivi ma eleganti ed in alcuni casi raffinati.Scelta dei vini e bollicine ha soddisfatto ogni palato.I camerieri guidati dalla splendida Monica non hanno mai fatto mancare nulla sui tavoli.bravi.

17/02/2025: Informal restaurant, courteous dining room staff. On the menu there are traditional dishes and some particularities in the proposals of the day. I shared some very good fried starters, not at all obvious (each with a different flavour), a trio of very good supplì, a good slice of Angus with rocket and balsamic, gorgonzola and walnut tagliatelle, excellent spaghetti carbonara, venison carpaccio with wild berries and very particular and excellent balsamic. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. Compliments.

13/04/2025: Delicious dining in the ancient center, friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, cozy on a rainy spring night. A very satisfying experience. We enjoyed an excellent bottle of Rosso di Montefalco, pasta with fresh artichokes, bacon & pecorino and papardelle with duck ragu. Dessert was the best tiramisu anywhere and cappuccino. The bill came to $59.50. Our waiter spoke English and was kind enough to answer several questions about the area. Half the tables were full of couples, groups, and a family with small children. There is a children's menu. The steak at the next table looked amazing! Restaurant is not handicapped accessible due to stairs and steep alleys. There is free parking just outside the old walls.

20/03/2025: Very nice place with mainly outdoor tables, they have some heaters and blankets to keep warm. The view is very nice in the main street of Spello. The food is definitely tasty and well-prepared.

03/01/2025: We were both for dinner during the walk of the silent villages and for the New Year's Eve dinner. The food is excellent, the wine is good, the welcome and hospitality of the Egidi family is very cordial. Recommended for walking and otherwise, they also offer a pilgrim menu, which is plentiful, upon reservation.

11/02/2025: We stopped after a motorbike ride, noticed by chance. I must say that the food is good, I tried the plain polenta with wild boar, lots of stuff. The desserts they make are also good

31/01/2025: Location molto bella e curata, sia dentro che fuori. Dentro apprezzatissimo il camino. Ottimo menu che presenta una vasta scelta di primi fatti in casa e dei secondi veramente deliziosi. Carne tenera e gustosa
