Perfect balance of every element. First, the food: homey, traditional, yet exceptional in its magnificent celebration of everyday life. The truffle umbrichelli exceeded all expectations, both tasty and delicate. Delicious bruschetta. Desserts (crème bruschetta and lemon sorbet) were generous and well-balanced. I left feeling full, happy, but not weighed down.
Service: friendly, competent, and hospitable. But discreet. And by that, I mean they made us feel at home, but without being intrusive. Ambience: suitable and atmospheric. The outdoor seating, in this scorching summer, was pleasantly breezy.
If I ever return to Orvieto, my first date will be here!

We had a great dinner... excellent value for money. The only flaw, which can't be blamed on them, was the heat inside the restaurant. That evening, there was a hood and it was hotter than ever. We chose to dine inside with the air conditioning. The problem was that it didn't provide much cooling due to the open door. As for the food, it was all good, no complaints.

We ate here during an evening visit to Orvieto. What can I say… absolutely fantastic! Very friendly service… the food was delicious and the prices were incredibly reasonable. A pizza for €7-9!! Wow. So, a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Orvieto. The small medieval town is definitely worth a visit too 🤗

We stumbled upon Orvieto while driving through Tuscany and are so glad we did. This beautiful town completely charmed us, and we only wish we had planned to stay longer than a few hours.
We stopped at this restaurant for lunch, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit. We shared the wild boar pasta and a fresh salad, and both were absolutely delicious. If you're visiting this wonderful town, we highly recommend stopping here for lunch.

A small restaurant on the road from the parking lot to the Piazza del Duomo. We stopped, drawn by the sign offering a tourist menu for €15, excluding drinks and cover charge. Run by the no longer young owners, their son, and a young man. Bruschetta made with rare extra virgin olive oil and garnished with unique flavors. Unrivaled cacio e pepe pasta, presented by a chef. Choice of chicken bites or roast rabbit with sides. Both delicious. To finish, a slice of Sacher-style chocolate cake. Excellent lunch.

Very nice place, unfortunately we waited 50 minutes for a focaccia and a red pizza, followed by the first course with truffle, nothing exciting but all in all ok, the pigeon Orvietana tasted a little too much of lemon and there was too much liver pate

I can't really say much about the inside of the pizzeria, as we sat outside in a lovely shady spot. The service was very friendly. The pizza was really good: paper-thin, crispy crust, classic tomato sauce, and just the right amount of toppings – perfect for me.
