A huge thank you to the entire team for the outstanding menu! What is brought from the kitchen to the plates here is truly culinary art at a very high level. It was a great menu where you could taste the attention to detail, the quality of the fresh, seasonal, mostly regional products and the creative sophistication in every component. The dishes were not only visually beautifully presented, but also perfectly balanced in terms of taste, excitingly pointed and consistently a delight. The service was in no way inferior! Very attentive, warm and simply perfect. Thank you very much again for so kindly implementing the wish I expressed in advance via email. Not only was everything as hoped, but it was also handled so personally and warmly - that really made the evening special. You can feel the passion for excellent food and outstanding service here. 08/07/2025: I stopped by for breakfast on my way from west to east. I ordered an omelet (plain, no toppings), spaghetti with galic, peperoncino, and tomato. According to the receipt, this was aglio olio! It's like tomato x chili oil? It's like a slightly spicy aglio olio..? It suits the Korean palate just right. Above all, it wasn't salty, which was nice.!!! The portion is also generous. If you don't like salty food, you'll probably like it. I enjoyed it~ And I tried the polenta that I was curious about, and it was rich~ The rich flavor was good.. I'm so satisfied that I'm curious about the other pastas. I'm writing a review to help Koreans who might visit here worry about the menu ^_^ I don't think they'll disappoint with the other menus~~ And they're super friendly :)

19/05/2025: We left Rome to arrive in Bolzano and discover this restaurant/pizzeria, where they serve spectacular Neapolitan-style pizzas. We discovered this place thanks to some relatives and friends from Bolzano and, every time we go up here, we make at least one stop at Al Cantuccio. It's impossible to say which pizza is preferable. They are all truly exquisite, starting with the REGINA, with tomato, basil, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta-filled crust. Also noteworthy is the welcoming and refined environment and the attentive and friendly service of all the staff. SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE❣️

02/06/2025: We ate there on our vacation. The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic! Unfortunately, the service was a flop. Our food arrived at different times, about 15 minutes apart.
