02/06/2025: I had roast beef with onions. The meat, however, wasn't roast beef. It was sliced ​​far too thinly, only about 7-8 mm thick. Therefore, it wasn't possible to cook it medium-rare. The meat was buried under a mountain of fried onions. The fried onions were deep-fried and therefore very sticky. To compensate for the poor roast beef, the restaurant offered a grappa from the barrel. A nice gesture, but it didn't make the roast beef any better.

08/09/2024: Malga caratteristica con prodotti propri di ottima qualità. I gestori sono simpatici e il servizio veloce. Purtroppo non è per tutti in quanto per raggiungerla bisogna fare un ripido sentiero che sale c.a. 300 metri di dislivello dalla parcheggio situato sotto Malga Prabon. Per chi non ha problemi di cammino in salita, la Malga rappresenta anche il punto di partenza per la bella ma lunga escursione del giro dei laghi che passa per il rifugio Cevedale.

04/09/2024: After an intense activity on the Zuffalspitze we return down in the late afternoon tired and hungry. The kitchen is closed but the guys try as best they can to please us to help us recover our energy and they do it in the best possible way. A special thanks to the owner who took us back to the valley by car after closing...pleasant chat. Come and visit them, special place!

06/07/2025: We only stated for dinner and it was a culinary treat. The menu, based almost only in local fresh ingredients, changes on a monthly base and it is never obvious nor commonplace. Both the entree - honeydew melon, cucumber and cranberry in a sweet sauce of apple and celery - as well as the blueberry risotto and the light fried zucchini with pesto and burrata were inventive dishes, carefully blending different flavors for a great result. We’ll be back for the next menu !

01/07/2025: A 3-day stay immersed in nature, nothing short of wonderful! Attentive, precise service and a kindness to remember. Excellent breakfast, truly varied and of quality. Clean, spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the valley and the lake. Thanks for everything to Paolo and Alice, we will definitely come back to visit you for a bit of relaxation.

02/07/2025: We stayed overnight at the campsite directly behind it. The restaurant is very good. Great atmosphere. We sat in the garden area. The food was very good. The staff was very attentive. The Prosecco was excellent. The price/performance ratio was excellent. So, we were there again on June 21, 2025. The manager and her sister, as well as the staff, were once again super friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely fantastic. My wife ate the best tuna here. It couldn't be better. My ribs were also excellent. Our relatives' grilled platter was also excellent. All in all, a wonderful evening in Levico

Unfortunately, the last time we had the opportunity to eat a different quality of dishes. Disappointing and that does not reflect the place that we know and that we have frequented many times. I hope that next time it will be better, we would be sorry not to frequent it anymore.

In particular, I would like to point out the quality of their pizzas where I have found a continuous search for excellence in the preparation of the various types of dough using, in addition to long leavening times, various types of ancient grains. Such care and passion make the pizzas excellent and above all digestible. Today I think it is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The prices are low considering the very high quality of the pizzas. The service is impeccable. Very good.
