03/10/2025: I got a high rating from the restaurant, but it was very crowded. Unfortunately, I didn't try the restaurant because of the long line. You'd have to wait half an hour to an hour to get a table. Another excellent restaurant was also chosen. Without downplaying the restaurant, if it weren't so excellent, it wouldn't be so crowded. Riva Dal Carda has an elegant center and excellent restaurants.

03/10/2025: I am truly in awe of the revolutionary dining experience crafted by this Michelin- recommended establishment. Who would have thought that fine dining could be redefined through the art of majestic ignorance? For a solid five minutes at the entrance, my companion and I were blessed with the privilege of observing a ballet of waitstaff gliding past us with such focused detachment—it was as if we were invisible, mere specters in the realm of gastronomy. Not a single soul dared to breach the sacred rule of no eye contact. We were finally rescued—yes, rescued—by a kind-hearted waitress. And oh, what a tragic moment to realize that I’d used the word “kind-hearted” to describe the bare minimum. Have we reached a point where basic human decency feels like charity? Am I here to dine, or to beg for attention? Then came the grand finale: settling the bill. I asked—not once, not twice, but three times—with the elegance of a Shakespearean plea: “Can I have the bill, please?” Each request was met with a graceful nod, a vacant smile… and zero action. It took a breathtaking 15 minutes for the transaction to materialize. Perhaps they were subtly suggesting we stay longer and reflect on the privilege of being ignored in such a prestigious setting. Bravo! This isn’t just a meal—it’s an endurance test wrapped in arrogance. If this is the future of Michelin, then maybe it’s time for the guide to include a new category: Excellence in Emotional Desertification.

03/10/2025: This quaint little restaurant that is rated high in every guide book, including Michelin Guide, is so good. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. If you only ate here during your stay in Ortisei, you would not be disappointed.

05/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. First course, second course, and dessert with two covers and two hot drinks cost around €35. Super welcoming staff, including a very friendly waiter who even cracked a few jokes. Really welcoming.

14/08/2025: After a walk to the Fuciade refuge, we raced back to the parking lot, only to notice this small hotel and restaurant on the right overlooking a small lake. The welcome was top-notch; the kindness and care with which they greet guests is priceless, especially after having been surrounded by a crush of strollers and screaming children less than an hour earlier. We sat down and couldn't help but try so many different dishes. The cannelloni were truly excellent, not to mention the spare ribs. Everything was truly remarkable; I was won over by the family-run management and the attention to detail. The menu includes several courses and takes into account allergies and intolerances. It's a place where you feel as pampered as you wish, both while eating and relaxing. Many compliments once again to the Chef and the service. Don't miss it!

31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

03/09/2025: I ordered takeaway from Pizza Paul and it was very good. The pizzas were fresh and tasty. I tried the Margherita, a veggie pizza, and one with pesto and sun dried tomatoes. All were delicious. I recommend it.

13/09/2025: The owners are incredibly kind and attentive. The food is top-notch, even for me, who isn't vegan! We've been several times, and I must say I've always eaten excellently and always felt right at home! Well done, guys! I recommend it to everyone!

09/09/2025: Perhaps because we were having dinner before closing time, the waitress rushed us to order at 8:30 because the kitchen closed! "At 8:30!" The menu was limited and completely inconsistent with the published menu. It lacked vegetables and legumes, offering bland options like soy, tempeh, seitan, carbonara, etc. They were cooked well, yes, but if you go to Lidl, you can find everything and cook it at home in minutes. This is meant as a tip for the management. Vegans want to eat traditional Italian dishes, all veganized, of course: tortelli, polenta, mushrooms, strangolapreti, canederli, etc. So, from two chefs who have been VEGAN for over twenty years, a three-star rating is primarily for supporting a cuisine free from suffering.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed, but the friendly service, cleanliness, and beautiful location earned me full marks. Furthermore, the dishes and cakes looked very good on the plates.

09/10/2025: We stopped in after our hike from the Untersell cable car top station. The service was friendly, my wife really enjoyed the chestnut roll, and the Coke was nice and cold. All in all, a very pleasant restaurant. We'd happily return.

24/07/2025: A wonderful experience at this refuge run by Kailash, a young man from Rajasthan who, along with his father and brother, make this place in the heart of the Sarntal Alps magical. Wonderful welcome, excellent dinner and breakfast, and even the chance to try an Indian dish in Alto Adige... when will you get another chance? I highly recommend stopping by to experience this beautiful atmosphere immersed in an equally magical place!

22/07/2025: We were on the Sartntal Horseshoe Tour five weeks ago and, among other things, spent one night in the hut. The hut warden greeted us personally and introduced himself. A super friendly team. For dinner, we could choose between Indian and South Tyrolean. We all opted for the Indian version and were absolutely thrilled. It was incredibly delicious. An Indian-style yogurt soup and, for the main course, a chicken curry in a hut high up in the mountains. Freshly baked delicious bread for breakfast. What can I say? Supplies by helicopter and such great food. Congratulations and respect to the new tenant, Soni Kalish.

17/07/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance at lunchtime on our bike tour – a real stroke of luck! We sat in the pleasantly shady outdoor area, which was very clean and well-maintained. We were thrilled with the pizzas: wafer-thin, wonderfully crispy – just as real Italian pizza should be. The service was attentive and friendly, and the chef also made a very positive impression. All in all, a highly recommended place for a relaxing break with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.
