26/09/2025: This visit was my first exposure to the crazy prices of South Tyrol, so it wasn't particularly positive at first. However, since I subsequently found it to be consistent with other establishments, I don't feel like penalizing it further, as the experience was still positive. A nice place, found in the morning full of workers having breakfast. The girls were kind, smiling, and efficient. Good coffee.
02/09/2025: Really nice staff here. We just stop by since it is near highway, they were very pleasant in both English and German, they give our dog bowl of water and prepare for us hot water that we can warm up jar for our 8 month old baby.
Food was also fresh and tasty, place is full with locals, so that is always good sign.

22/09/2025: After a lovely day in Tirolo, we stopped in with our dog based on the good reviews. The ambiance was appealing, and we found a lovely spot on the beautiful terrace. The friendly staff served us very quickly, and we chose the salmon and spare ribs from the small, but in our opinion perfectly adequate, selection. I enjoyed the wait with a delicious cloudy, smoky slab of beer. The food was (as other guests have already photographed) very lovingly served and tasted absolutely fantastic. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and therefore give it 5 out of 5 stars...highly recommended!

16/11/2025: Amazing find in Bolzano! Excelente servicio y la comida... Exquisita! If you are in the area, and you are craving something different or flavors from home (if you are hispanic) this cafe is a MUST stop... The food was truly perfect! I will absolutely go back on my next visit to Bolzano.

24/09/2025: The owners are friendly, kind, and welcoming: you immediately feel at home.
We chose the full Lumaca menu, which turned out to be very filling and excellent value. Don't miss the 95% alcohol sweets in various flavors: a unique treat!
Irene and Daniele, along with their small restaurant, are truly special: a wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back.
You can also try a variety of dishes, to please all tastes.

28/09/2025: We are very happy to be here. Nice hotel with pool and playground for kids. Good restaurant in the evening . Clean rooms. Balcon. Kitchen ok. Comfortable bed. We didnt have breakfast in hotel. Free parking. Nice service. Thanks
11/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.
The room was nice, but the mattress was so thin that I could feel all the springs on my back when I lay down. We found dog poop in the garden, and we don't have a dog.
The room was right next to the exit, and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours.
We'll never return.

Elegant location and quality food with generous portions.
Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff.
17/11/2025: The food wasn't excellent.
We ordered cod with a lot of bones, flavorless, and very flaky. The Storo polenta was excellent. It lacked a bit of salt. Let's skip the potatoes.
The wine wasn't up to par, the desserts were passable but not excellent, and the coffee was poor.
The staff was helpful and committed.

13/10/2025: We had a very relaxing time at the Drumlerhof!
We spent four days at the Drumlerhof and felt completely at home. Starting with the warm welcome, the fantastic breakfast (pancakes 🤤), and the wonderful spa area – the massages are also highly recommended! We would especially like to highlight the family atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This also included great recommendations for hikes and places to eat. The food in the restaurant is also truly delicious and leaves little to be desired – including an excellent wine selection and vegetarian options. Thank you for the wonderful time!
10/08/2025: Family-run hotel in a stunning location right in the center of town. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are bright and comfortable. There's also a small spa with a sauna and Turkish bath. The view is enchanting.

17/11/2025: We tried the all-you-can-eat option...not a particularly pleasant experience. The fact that the pizza chef decides which pizzas to bring is fine, but they should still be pizzas that make sense.
First, a Margherita pizza, a second, already quite heavy, pizza with garlic and anchovies, then a pizza with randomly thrown-on potatoes, an egg and cream pizza, a pizza with onions, a schiacciata-style pizza with garlic again, and finally a pizza with Nutella. The photos give you a pretty good idea.
Let's just say the pizza chef probably doesn't like this inconvenient idea of having pizzas to fill your stomach... 🤷... It's a shame because the atmosphere would also be nice for group pizza parties. We definitely won't be back.

30/11/2025: We ate at this restaurant for an anniversary. The atmosphere was elegant and tranquil, and the service was impeccable and courteous, with professional and friendly waiters. We chose the vegetarian menu and were pleasantly surprised. We particularly enjoyed the leek and nori dish, the Garda olive oil, and the lemon butter.
Overall, an excellent experience, highly recommended!
