20/08/2025: A dream hotel with a refined, rustic, feel-good atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay, even for longer stays. We used the wellness area almost to its full potential and highly recommend it. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, almost like family. The breakfast buffet was so extensive that you wouldn't know where to start. The evening menu (decide in the morning whether and which one you'd like) was also excellent. In beautiful weather, the beer garden, in addition to the pool, is also highly recommended. The center of Brixen can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. Conclusion: If you want to stay overnight in the mountains and close to the village, with the appropriate charm of local tradition, this is the perfect place for you.

15/08/2025: A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The owner and the entire staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished. This applies to the entire hotel!!! The wellness area is a dream, everything of very high quality! A beautiful garden with a pool and swimming pond. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. For dinner, you could choose from two menus...it was a delight. We were completely satisfied and would gladly come back.

15/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery, a good starting point for various excursions, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the food and desserts are well-prepared, and the building is recently built. Its strong point is definitely the location and view of the woods. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: We stopped by the Lanzenschuster for lunch during our vacation. The location is excellent, and the view is fantastic. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is okay in our opinion, but definitely has room for improvement, especially compared to other huts in the area. There's a small children's playground, and there's plenty of parking.

16/08/2025: Lovely restaurant. We came as a group of 4 without a reservation and the owner made an effort to find us a place. Lovely atmosphere, the restaurant is stunningly decorated, a special style, like in a fairy tale, everything is made of wood. Really delicious food, great service. The restaurant is incredibly clean. The cleanest and most beautiful restrooms I've ever been to. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: Recommended. A restaurant inside a hotel. Extremely welcoming staff, starting with Stefano, the owner, waiter, and chef. My wife, I, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter went. The appetizers were excellent (burrata with tomato granita and chicken livers with crostini and hazelnuts, quite generous by the way); the lamb ravioli were also excellent, and the savory meat, which we ordered as our main course, was also good. The desserts were the least convincing. Both the strudel, which was plentiful, and the cheesecake, which was delicious and delicious but perhaps a little heavy (the cream); less delicious than the rest, but still enjoyable. The price was high, but it reflects the service and the quality of the food.

10/08/2025: Family-run hotel in a stunning location right in the center of town. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are bright and comfortable. There's also a small spa with a sauna and Turkish bath. The view is enchanting.

15/08/2025: We left from Villabassa to reach Neves Lake. From there, we climbed up to the refuge. The hike was a bit difficult but beautiful, among the cows and streams. Once we reached the refuge, we sat down to eat; it's run by very friendly young people. We recommend trying it once in your life.

14/08/2025: CAI trip, even though we were a large group, we were welcomed and looked after in a scrupulous and friendly manner. The young and helpful staff, very knowledgeable. A wonderful experience.

19/08/2025: Hidden away in an alleyway in Brixen's old town, the entrance to this restaurant's gardens and terraces is hard to imagine. The cozy atmosphere created by the Virginia creeper covering the terraces immediately makes you want to stay. The courteous and stylish welcome continues this initial impression. As for the menu, it's a wonderful discovery with delicious and superbly presented dishes. Veal sauté on mashed potatoes and a bed of chanterelles surrounded by a green sauce... A melt-in-the-mouth delight! Followed by candied strawberries macerated in a strawberry cream and a basil ice cream that will surprise you. Identified by Gault & Millau, it's remarkable! The white wine from the monks of the Novacella Abbey, 2km from Brixen, envelops everything with very floral and citrus aromas. What a magnificent discovery! And a waiter with a sweet tooth...

04/08/2025: Terrible experience and completely unprofessional management. On Sunday, during happy hour, I went with my partner for a drink. We ordered a platter for two and some beers. When we ordered, we specifically asked if we could omit the cheeses due to my allergy, and they said yes. When they brought the platter, the cheeses were still there, and unfortunately, they had touched the cured meats. After pointing this out, the response was simply, "Leave them aside." A quick aside: before we even arrived, the ATM wasn't working, and no one on the staff bothered to let us know. When we got the bill, we pointed out that we didn't have enough cash (2 euros missing), so they invited us to withdraw money from the ATM in the square. After several trips, we returned and paid. When we pointed out the cheese error and the lack of information about the ATM upon our arrival, the curly-haired, glasses-wearing lady at the cash register began to listen with insolent and rude behavior, also informing us that she had directed us to a closer ATM (in the square). Since we didn't understand the location, we told her so, and she replied that "that's how it works at her house." The little smile she had maintained throughout the conversation magically disappeared when I decided to let her know that the review was coming. It's sad to hear that she didn't respond to our comments, namely the cheese and the lack of information about the ATM. Dearest, we've figured out where the square is now, we'll gladly pass it by and avoid this bar forever; unprofessionalism and rudeness lead to this. "That's how it works at my house!"

02/08/2025: Welcoming location with an indoor and outdoor terrace It's located in the center of Folgaria, so parking is available outside the pedestrian zone. Excellent selection of beers (local and international) and food (abundant). Midweek lunch during a summer family vacation. Good value, especially considering the touristy setting. Friendly and competent service. I recommend it, and I'll be back if I'm in the area.

02/08/2025: I was there on Wednesday and I would say everything was excellent, the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the view of the lake was excellent. I also bought their ragù in the little corner of their own products and it was really good.
