08/05/2026: A must-visit on every South Tyrol vacation since my childhood. A fantastic atmosphere, both indoors and out, and very friendly owners.
The house-cooked trout are superb, and the homemade tiramisu is divine!
For little (and big π) children, the pond in the garden is a real highlight.

10/06/2026: The food was absolutely fantastic, and the waiter deserves special mention β he was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating, and changing orders was no problem at all. I had Indian food, which was incredibly delicious. Excellent value for money.

Confused service.
We ordered five dishes for three people. We are served three dishes for two people.
After a long wait, the last person gets something to eat, but after the first person has finished eating.
This makes the whole meal a long wait.
07/07/2026: We had dinner here two evenings during our vacation in Levico. A beautiful lakeside location with a romantic terrace. The staff were welcoming and very professional. The menu was original and the food was delicious. Worth a visit. We'll be back at the end of July.

20/04/2026: If you're in the area, you absolutely must go there! The house names aren't random, and the view from the bar and restaurant is breathtaking β especially at sunset! A small hill leads up next to the restaurant, offering a phenomenal view of all of Olang (every part of it). The food matched the view perfectly; everything tasted delicious, homemade, and cooked with love. The drinks selection was also excellent, and the service was professional and prompt. Definitely don't miss it!

20/06/2026: The rooms are pretty standard and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location isn't bad either. It's about a 15 minute walk to the castle.
07/06/2026: Perfect option for people that wants to stay in Trento for some nights a bit apart from city center. Hotel was calm and modern inside. Rooms were clean and breakfast with buffet quite nice for a good start. They also have a small parking with limited places by 10 euros per night. Walking to city center takes around 20 min but you feel very secure.
The negative point for me was the shower productors, specially shampoo, that leaved the hair very messy and dried. Fira the rest,a good option in Trento to start or finish a route through the Dolomites.

02/07/2026: We are at Restaurant Nives several times during our stay at Boutique Hotel Nives, both the service and food were excellent each time. The staff are lovely as is the ambiance!
05/04/2026: Fantastic service! We only called 5 minutes beforehand to let them know we were coming, and everything was already prepared (gluten-free). All the staff were very competent and friendly. The food tasted great, arrived quickly, and at the perfect temperature. A wonderful experience!

28/06/2026: A lovely and excellent restaurant. A wide selection of dishes, plus daily specials. The cuisine is superb, using fresh, local ingredients. The service is attentive and efficient. We've been here several times; it's a real insider tip in Eppan. Reservations are essential, as it's always very busy.
14/06/2026: Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Lake Garda. Great, friendly service, cozy atmosphere. And the food was truly top-notch. I'm always up for lasagna and schnitzel, but this one was simply superb, the combination was fantastic.
