16/08/2025: This refuge was a real discovery. After years of coming to Val di Sole, today was our first time. The owners and staff were very friendly. The food was superb!!! Kudos to the chef! 👨‍🍳

13/08/2025: Visiting mountain huts, especially when you're older, can sometimes be a problem if you can't get there by car. In this case, however, the manager came to pick us up in a jeep. Now, let's move on to the food: my friends had nettle ravioli with goat ricotta, and they were top-notch. I can't say the same for the pork shank I had; let's just say it wasn't to my taste. As for the price, I'll leave it up to you to decide. I've published the menu; running a mountain hut has costs that a regular restaurant doesn't.

02/09/2025: Fantastic place! Inside, it's really well-decorated and beautiful to look at. Fast and friendly service, generous and tasty dishes—everything is truly delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. I recommend the leek bruschetta, delicious.

21/08/2025: We returned as a group of 4 + 1 (newborn). The food and wine were excellent, and the taste was much appreciated. The service was even better, if possible; it has maintained its high rating a year later. We didn't miss out on dessert or good wine. Highly recommended!

06/09/2025: We went to eat at the Brandiskeller with some friends and our two-year-old daughter. The food was good and the place was nice. It wasn't pleasant that very few of the staff spoke Italian and/or English. We asked for milk for our daughter and were told they didn't have any...they didn't have any milk in a restaurant, ugh.

08/08/2025: Very good restaurant and well located in Bolzano. We arrived around 2:30 pm. The waitresses were very welcoming and the service lasted no more than 10 minutes. The pasta was very good. I can HIGHLY recommend stopping by Nussbaumer to try their spaghetti. Even though it might not look like it from the photos, the dish is still generous.

05/08/2025: Sadly this night and morning my wife is sick of eating beans that were not cooked in her summer salad. The pizza was great though.

31/08/2025: A very cozy café in a historic location. The staff was very friendly, and everything was super quick. The food and drinks were delicious.

27/08/2025: A historic, very charming place. I stopped here this morning before leaving for a bike ride. We ordered two pastries—I chose the ricotta one, which was delicious—and two cappuccinos, €11 with table service. The ladies who run it are very nice and friendly. You can sit and read a newspaper while enjoying the sound of the rushing stream below. If you're in Merano, it's worth a visit for breakfast or even an aperitif.

10/07/2025: We had such a lovely time staying here! The room was clean and spacious. The dinner we had at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. And the family running everything was incredibly friendly and kind. Would absolutely stay here again!

21/08/2025: A restaurant that I understand belongs to the hotel, but turned out to be an exceptional place. Excellent food, varied like we have never seen before in northern Italy, and the service was patient and pleasant. The place is not cheap, but in my opinion it is worth every euro.

12/07/2025: My family and I often come to Aroma, and it's always a pleasure. The restaurant has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a quick lunch. The menu is rich and varied: over time, we've tried a bit of everything: spaghetti carbonara from Trentino, tagliolini with fresh tuna and clam ragù, slow-cooked pork ribs, and even the pizza, always well-made and tasty. The dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff is always kind and attentive, and the fair prices make the experience even more enjoyable. It's one of those restaurants you'll happily return to, where you know you'll eat well.

14/07/2025: Well, I'm a professional and personal growth consultant, and my wife is a psychologist. Naturally, for a two-day vacation, we choose a place hoping it'll be relaxing. Well, this one is exactly that. We were very relaxed; the atmosphere was lovely and comfortable, the spa was lovely, and the food at the restaurant was excellent, and I even enjoyed the bar. The whole family works hard to make their clients feel good, and that's not a given. I definitely recommend it. ...and don't miss the opportunity to practice mindfulness while walking.
