08/07/2025: We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful hotel a few days ago, and it was simply a dreamlike experience! Upon entering, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The hotel impresses with its thoughtful details that make the stay truly special – from lovingly decorated rooms to small touches that make it even more enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding – a culinary journey that left nothing to be desired. The dishes were fresh, creatively prepared, and served with great attention to detail. The selection of drinks and cocktails was also impressive – diverse, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. Tip: Be sure to order the premium wine pairing, so you'll have the perfect wine to complement every course! The entire team was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend this hotel. It is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates thoughtful details, excellent food, and a great selection of drinks. A huge thank you again to Steffi, who conducts the wellness treatments – it was fantastic! I do have one suggestion for improvement, though: since we were unlucky twice to have four people smoking continuously at the next table on the terrace, it might be a good idea to divide the terrace into smoking and non-smoking areas, because even outdoors, the smoke in the immediate vicinity was very disturbing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

05/10/2025: I recently went with a group of friends. I have to say it's one of the best restaurants serving local dishes: they have three Torggelen-themed menus! The food is very good, and you can taste the fresh, excellently prepared ingredients: here, the quality and flavor are worth the extra money. The portions are medium-large. The atmosphere is immersed in a cellar full of barrels and old memories of South Tyrolean tradition. The staff is friendly and professional, and they speak Italian like a native. RECOMMENDED!

02/10/2025: My husband and self came for our wedding anniversary. The food was very exquisite and delicious, the staff were fantastic and friendly. They went above and beyond making sure we had the best experience with romantic gestures on the table. We highly recommend this restaurant! 😊

28/09/2025: It was my wife's birthday, so I booked the hotel's boat tour with a subsequent aperitif as a surprise for her. From the first contact to the farewell, everything in terms of communication and service was very professional. The staff impressed us with their genuine courtesy and friendliness throughout. The package (boat tour + aperitif) is highly recommended. The boat tour, on a chic motorboat to a waterfall accessible only by water, was very beautiful, and we had a lot of fun. The boat captain was also very nice. After we docked back in the harbor, we were once again greeted very warmly and courteously at the Aqua and led to a beautifully prepared table with a direct view of the lake, where we enjoyed our aperitif, consisting of a bottle of champagne and some extremely delicious appetizers from the kitchen. Everything was fantastic!!! Many thanks again to the equally friendly and communicative waiter. Final summary: Fantastic. Thank you so much for this truly wonderful experience. PS: Since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, we will definitely have dinner at Aqua at another time. 05/10/2025: We visited the restaurant with our family – four adults and two young children (1.5 and 3.5 years old). We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the children were immediately given toys, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food very much – although the portions could have been a bit larger for us men. All in all, a very pleasant visit! We will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant.
