09/05/2026: A very nice restaurant with a great appetizer platter for two and delicious pasta dishes. Friday is fish day (only on Fridays!), which we will definitely keep in mind for our next visit.
We've always been able to get a table. It's probably best to make a reservation, though!

Vigolo vattaro

10/06/2026: My husband and I, along with a friend who lives in Vigolo Vattaro (the town where this restaurant is located), went for dinner at the end of August 2025, on our friend's recommendation.
The menu was limited, but all of it was high-quality and well-priced.
There were three of us, and we spent €100, but we each had an appetizer, the rib-eye steak you see in the photo, water, wine, and coffee.
The restaurant is rustic but clean. The staff was very friendly.
It's not in a busy area, but I highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back!

Che dire ? Una conferma.
Cena ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità.
Cucina tipica pugliese.
Buoni anche i vini, in particolare il rosso : Negroamaro
Personale gentile, simpatico e cordiale.
Atmosfera famigliare.
Ambiente caldo ed accogliente.
Super consigliato.
29/09/2024: Alla Canopa, l’eccellenza è di casa. Ogni volta che varco la soglia, vengo accolto con un calore sincero e una gentilezza che fanno sentire immediatamente parte di una grande famiglia. L'atmosfera è un abbraccio, un rifugio di tranquillità dove tutto, dai profumi ai sorrisi, contribuisce a creare un’esperienza unica.
La cucina è una celebrazione di sapori autentici, con piatti preparati con cura e amore, utilizzando sempre prodotti freschissimi e di qualità eccelsa. Ogni portata racconta una storia di tradizione e passione, che conquista il palato e scalda il cuore.
I gestori, splendidi in ogni gesto, dedicano un'attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza, rendendo ogni visita un momento speciale. È raro trovare un luogo dove la cordialità sia così spontanea, e alla Canopa è una costante che non viene mai meno.

24/05/2024: Io e la mia amica siamo andate in questo posto a mangiare perché ne avevamo sentito parlare bene.
Antipasto di verdure un po' scarno
Primi piatti spaghettini 3 pessimi alle vongole senza sapore mentre le linguine agli scapi erano spaghetti con un quantità assurda di passata insapore...il menu viene elencato non esiste una carta con i prezzi.
Esperienza negativa
29/04/2024: Sehr sehr gute Küche, Famielienbetrieb mit tollem Service. Sehr zu empfehlen Fisch oder die hausgemachten Nudeln aber auch die Pizza sehr lecker.
