08/11/2025: Hotel Klostersepp is located on the main road near Klausen. It's a 10-minute walk to the center of Klausen. The hotel offers a very good and extensive breakfast. There's a spa area, a bowling alley, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. The small bar is quite popular. Dinner was very good. We'll be back.

27/10/2025: Our girls' weekend couldn't have been better! We received such a warm welcome from Klaus and his team. We lacked nothing. The Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake) made especially for us was our special highlight at the end! Human interaction is very important there! Please keep up the good work – we'd love to come back!

The rooms are furnished with such attention to detail – warm, stylish, and charmingly cozy – that you immediately feel at home. The food is divine – fresh, regional, refined, and simply heavenly! The absolute highlight: the view! Even upon waking, your gaze sweeps across a breathtaking landscape, and experiencing the sunrise directly from bed is simply magical. Everything here is just right – hospitality, atmosphere, and culinary delights of the highest standard, and the proximity to the Salten larch paradise for beautiful autumn photos makes it perfect. Anyone who has been here once is guaranteed to return. ❤️❤️❤️ We certainly will!

06/11/2025: The managers are very kind, the service is precise and without any flaws, very professional, I prefer the atmosphere more in the summer but it is also enchanting inside in the winter, highly recommended

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed, but the friendly service, cleanliness, and beautiful location earned me full marks. Furthermore, the dishes and cakes looked very good on the plates.

09/10/2025: We stopped in after our hike from the Untersell cable car top station. The service was friendly, my wife really enjoyed the chestnut roll, and the Coke was nice and cold. All in all, a very pleasant restaurant. We'd happily return.

11/11/2025: Absolutely a must-try in Ortise! 💲 Credit cards are accepted. 🍝 I ordered the truffle fettuccine (Tagliatelle al Tartufo), which had a rich, creamy flavor, tiramisu, and the must-try floral liqueur, Gewürztraminer. Overall, it made for a wonderful dinner. 💁‍♀️ The ambiance is a charming wooden cabin style, very characteristic of the local area. Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and full of smiles, showing great respect for their profession. 👍 Reservations are a must. It would be a real shame to come all this way and not get a table. It gets very crowded, so without a reservation, you'll only have a short time to enjoy your meal. In Europe and America, table turnover isn't a priority; your seat is reserved for you during the entire meal.

15/09/2025: We came here by chance on Sunday, and it was sensational. The cheese dumplings are truly a dream; I've never eaten dumplings this good. We immediately reserved a table for Wednesday. Unfortunately, Mondays and Tuesdays are closed, otherwise we would have only eaten here. A poem...

04/10/2025: You go to the mountains to relax, but perhaps not for the waitress. We didn't have time to sit down or carefully read the menu. Within two minutes, she had us stressed out. Out of politeness, we grabbed our usual eggs and left immediately. The tables were empty. I even asked if they were closing the kitchen, given the rush! It was 12:30!

18/10/2025: The food is very good and the table is served very quickly. I highly recommend it. We can only congratulate the hosts on the two conditions that were in charge of us; they were simply top-notch. We'll be back next year.

14/10/2025: We ate there several times during our vacation. They have a wide selection of dishes and traditional South Tyrolean cuisine (spinach spaetzle, dumplings, etc.). The food was always delicious, and we always felt very welcome. We'll be back next year! Many thanks to Paula and her team.

16/11/2025: A truly lovely place to visit! Just be prepared for it to be very busy. Even so, you'll usually find a spot. The place is very well organized and handles the large crowds calmly and professionally. The food was good, and the location is fantastic, as is the path leading there. Go for it! It's worth it! By the way, the dogs at the place—or rather, their owners—deserve special praise. They're incredibly well-behaved!
