But what I don't understand are the costs for a sandwich, processing fees and the double additional cucumber charge.

From the first moment.
This is one of those places that you carry in your heart and that changes your stay.
The food was truly exquisite and the owners had a rare friendliness and welcome.
It was like going to dinner with family friends.☺️
Truly recommended and I hope that one day, both the town and the farm can enjoy the success they deserve.

02/06/2025: As cyclists, we booked the Alt Spaur at short notice.
The ultra-modern rooms, which aren't often occupied, and the excellent storage and charging facilities for our e-bikes impressed us right from the start.
The restaurant on the ground floor, run by the owners themselves, was another pleasant surprise during our stay.
Highly recommended; unbeatable value for money!
02/06/2025: We spent three nights in this hotel managed in a very careful and attentive way, every evening we had dinner in the structure and I must say that the proposals were all prepared by their chef with fresh local products always delicious, a special mention deserves the breakfast with fresh products always prepared by them, the rooms are very clean spacious and with an excellent view. Highly recommended!

Located in the mountain on amazing trail with great view.
I stopped there in the middle of my hike,
And every dish was even better and dreamy,
The staff is lovely and you don't want to leave!
Definitely coming back to stay for a night here,
Don't miss it while staying in corvara or pass by

09/07/2025: I give the food 4 stars, only because it's rooted in Trentino tradition, which, to be honest, doesn't really excite me. I would have liked to have pasta with venison ragù, wild boar ragù, etc.
The place is fabulous; the cellar is definitely worth a visit, with its extensive selection of cured meats, cheeses, and wines, all strictly Crucolo.

01/04/2025: It may not look appealing from the outside, but our friends recommended it and we don't regret that we were persuaded. Very tasty food at a good price. Delicious oven-baked pizza, gnocchi with (sage) butter (STRANGOLAPRETI AL BURRO) perfect! I recommend!

30/01/2025: A gem of a restaurant with incredibly kind staff! My friend and I visited last July and were unfortunately running late to our reservation - they held our table even as they were about to end lunch service which was beyond kind of them! Our food was delicious, honestly best pasta I've ever had - thank you! :)

25/06/2025: Coffee was excellent here, would highly recommend. We came back later for lunch which was also really good. Prices are reasonable and staff were very helpful.
05/06/2025: The staff is lovely! They offer great advice on nearby hikes and mountain huts, especially if you're backpacking.
The setting is superb, and the terrace is very pleasant.
Unfortunately, there's no bed to sleep in that evening, but a free tiramisu is offered as an apology! Delicious, and thanks again 😊

09/07/2025: My father and i were bikepacking and came across this place by coincidence. It turned out to be an extremely positive surprise. The staff were so welcoming and even separated the beds for us. The menu del giono was very good and the breakfast even better. At this price it is incredible value. Thank you so much!
