22/06/2025: We stopped at the Winklerhof for refreshments and a drink while hiking along the Rabland Waalweg. Both the vitello tonnato (unfortunately, no photo) and the hotel's own interpretations of desserts are highly recommended. The service was also very friendly, the prices reasonable, and the ambiance pleasant.

17/06/2025: My absolute favorite... A visit to Rabland is incomplete without the Winklerhof. Super delicious food, amazing service, and the view of the Vinschgau Valley is not to be despised! ...and I brought the Kaiserschmarrn for later...An absolute culinary experience! Maybe we'll manage to stay overnight in the apartment sometime!

10/06/2025: Beautiful experience: the castle was taken over thanks to the initiative of the citizens of Pergine and can now be visited. The bar, restaurant and hotel services have been recovered and continued in this fairy-tale setting. Unlike what you might imagine, the prices are truly 'popular' as there is no luxury and the hotel structure is very simple, within the reach of all those who are not looking for luxury but a truly extraordinary experience in a real and historic manor. The offer of various types of events that can be enjoyed throughout the year is also very interesting. Truly, congratulations and infinite thanks to all those who have been able to make this wonderful recovery possible.

01/06/2025: Today we took a guided tour of the castle, the volunteer who acted as our guide was kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and curiosities. The castle is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We will return to try the hotel and restaurant, only one star because it has no TV in the rooms and poor Wi-Fi, it seemed crazy to us, the beauty of the rooms and the hotel does not need either. 06/04/2025: Great location behind the cable car for the spinal cableway.. renovated hotel with a modern taste in warm tones and attention to detail. Helpful and kind staff.. excellent cleanliness of the rooms with a nice, very comfortable closed garage. Super breakfast to start a beautiful day on the right foot! One flaw in my opinion is the spa... small like the gym! Modern room even if with limited space especially the bathroom!

30/05/2025: Truly exceptional place, from the environment to the dishes. Abundant and truly typical food that tells a story of tradition and family. It was a unique experience. Thanks to all the staff for their friendliness and impeccable service.

15/05/2025: A truly characteristic place where you can breathe the true Ladin atmosphere in a familiar and intimate context. The farm is an ancient structure expertly restored with wood everywhere and organized in small rooms, which makes the meals pleasant and not very noisy. The cuisine is truly excellent with a fixed menu tested for 32 years! We particularly liked the fact that all the guests were served at the same time with the various courses, almost as if they were all one big family waiting for the dishes to be taken out of the oven.

20/06/2025: We just loved this place- so much that we returned a second night during our three-night stay in Merano. The people here really know what they are doing- arrivals are greeted quickly, the courtyard ambiance is both cozy and airy, service is professional and kind, the food arrives promptly and was nicely presented and flavorful. Tables are efficiently cleared and new guests welcomed. Highly recommend - try to get reservations by emailing. Update: returned two years later and found this much as before- same people, elegant courtyard, prettily- composed food. A stylish modern restaurant, well-run.

12/06/2025: We stopped here during our hike and were very pleased. Beautiful views, friendly staff, and delicious food. We had the snack board and the dumplings, and everything was delicious.

10/06/2025: A very nice alpine pasture, we come here every year and have always been very satisfied, although this time it was a little different. The staff were, as always, very friendly and attentive, but the food has become a disaster, with a very expensive menu. I could understand that for this location, but the quality has to be right. The large salad bowl consists of 3 large lettuce leaves (not chopped), 4 cucumber slices, and 4 tomato quarters. I couldn't find any mustard sauce, and the seeds were about half a teaspoon of two types. It cost 14 euros, and if it had cost 6 euros I would have been disappointed with the chef too, but not annoyed. The schnitzel and fries were average, and at 20 euros it was too much. The soup was okay, but the craftsmanship wasn't convincing for the price. I'm only giving it 5 stars for the service and the location; what the owners are making of it is outrageous and pretentious. It's a shame, but there are several alpine pastures in the area.

02/07/2025: Every time we go to Italy – even for our wedding anniversary. Delicious, reasonably priced, and the view! The balsamic vinegar is amazing! The tour was amazing too. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2025: Yes, it was good, it was good. Nice beer garden atmosphere. Unfortunately the view is not that good. Very good food. But there's a lot going on. But well organized. There was a funny dachshund at our table.🐕It had nothing to do with it but it was great.

21/06/2025: We went to the Borgo Nuovo restaurant on Friday night for a dinner for two. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner was very kind, he insisted on making us redo a risotto that was slightly lacking in salt, a much appreciated gesture that certainly earned the restaurant points. Very good food and wine. Highly recommended!

From the chef who knows how to represent the dishes with great elegance to the dining room manager who with her smile knows how to give information and advice on the menu in a polite and competent manner. Raw materials of excellent quality, impeccable service, very neat and clean location. A place of the heart ❤️

17/05/2025: Under new management, the San Colombano restaurant in Rovereto has introduced Indian cuisine, and I can say without exaggeration that it is the best I have ever tasted! Authentic dishes, intense and perfectly balanced flavors, all in a welcoming and well-kept environment. A perfect mix of tradition and innovation: I will definitely be back!

24/06/2025: The ambiance and service are very professional, and we had a very pleasant stay. The menu is varied, with a rotating selection of regional dishes and classics. We were also very impressed with the pizza. A definite recommendation!

27/06/2025: Beautiful location with a great outdoor terrace. The food selection is comparable to that of the surrounding restaurants. The dishes are sometimes not very large—at least ours were. They were adequate, though. We would come again just for the view from the terrace. However, this review only reflects our subjective experience.
