17/02/2025: Lovely lunch after we hiked through the woods around Mount Seurasas. Beautiful views on a sunny deck and very cheerful staff. The mezzelunne and Milanese were fantastic, and the kaisershmarrn was deliciously fluffy.

12/04/2025: Es war ein äußerst enttäuschender Besuch!!! Die Einrichtung wirkt schön und wir wurden freundlich empfangen, aber die englische Übersetzung der Speisen entspricht nicht der Realität. Wir haben Filet bestellt (medium well) und es kamen Fleischstücken an (medium rare). Auf meine Anmerkung, dass dies nicht medium well sei, nahm man das Essen ohne Entschuldigung nochmal in die Küche und brachte es mir nachgebraten zurück. Das Fleisch war zäh und wirklich nicht genießbar und ich hatte plötzlich ein Haar auf meinem Teller. Ich hatte auch schon die Vorspeise nicht gegessen, da die Kakao Nudeln eher Nudeln mit Wildragout waren. Wir sagten das der Kellnerin und fragten direkt nach der Rechnung. Es kam erneut keine Entschuldigung. Wir warteten 15 Minuten und die Rechnung kam nicht, bis wir erneut danach fragten. Zwischendurch wurden wir von der anderen Kellnerin gefragt ob wir eine Nachspeise bestellen wollten (nicht aufs Haus), was nach dem Zurückschicken des gesamten Tellers inkl. Beschwerde scheinbar völlig ignoriert wurde. Als wir schließlich bezahlten, fragte ich nach dem Manager und schilderte die Situation und merkte an, dass ich unter diesen Umständen erwartet hätte die nicht genießbare Hauptspeise nicht bezahlen zu müssen zumal ich den ganzen Teller zurückgehen ließ. Erst daraufhin kam eine Entschuldigung und er erstattete mir die Hauptspeise. Insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Das Essen ist nicht gut und sie sollten wirklich nicht mit Michelin werben. In Pinzolo gibt es nicht viele Restaurants, aber ich empfehle dieses nicht!

12/04/2025: Ottimo posto, stile alpino moderno. Consigliatissimi il risotto, davvero buono. I secondi erano molto buoni abbiamo preso lombo di cervo e filetto di maiale. Tagliatelle al cacao e ragù di capriolo amare, unica nota dolente. Costoso, ma assolutamente consigliato.

07/03/2025: I couldn't find the menu offered on the site (I went specifically for the interesting proposals). But this would have been acceptable if the menu had been pleasant. I ate a pasta with clams that wasn't very tasty. I had to add a double dose of bottarga to give it flavor (however, the spaghetti was cooked well and of good quality). The tempura cod is very dry and hard. The house complimentary (I had to ask what it was as it wasn't presented) was fried in very used oil. For quality and price (at least for the dishes I ate) I would not recommend it

12/04/2025: Recommended by the hotel where we were staying in Cavalese. Very characteristic, excellent and well-presented food. Fast and polite service. The bill was also adequate. Highly recommended. .

11/04/2025: We stayed several days for work, but it was like we were on vacation. Fantastic place and location. Clean and tidy. Beautiful rooms and a truly top restaurant, with truly excellent local cuisine! Also available pizza for celiacs and gluten-free dishes. All genuine and good. The owners are incredibly kind. Attentive, discreet, smiling. Always ready to satisfy any of our needs. We felt like we were at home. I recommend going if you have to visit those wonderful places. Vote 10 with honors.

06/04/2025: I was a guest for a work trip and I had a great time! Comfortable room, welcoming place, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant. Care and attention to my needs (I really appreciated the wide choice of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes). Everything perfect!

18/02/2025: A small wine shop, regional wines by the glass, local liqueurs and small snacks such as snacks, tramezzi sandwiches and cheeses. The owner/waiter behind the sledge is an elderly man, very Italian, authentic and interesting.

10/04/2025: Great restaurant! Very nice and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. The service was professional, unobtrusive and friendly. Porcelain and cutlery are high quality. My meal, starter and main course, were sufficient and very tasty. The prices are reasonable. I can only recommend it - chapeau! 👍😃

04/03/2025: At the entrance, a small and simple bar but an excellent fish and meat restaurant in 2 small rooms. Better to book so as not to have seat problems. Good and tasty choice on the à la carte menu but, upon prior request, the possibility of a specific menu for small groups. Good wines. A little expensive but the quality is there. Must try.

27/03/2025: A must-see in Rovereto, excellent cuisine and abundant dishes. They don't accept reservations so there's no point in calling. You can also eat huge sandwiches, excellent beer. Highly recommended.

22/03/2025: Good and plentiful dishes, we expected it to be less expensive but in the end the quality and quantity justify the price, the place a little less so, which however is very charming
