27/11/2025: Very friendly service, big kudos to the junior manager! Good seating, both inside and out. There's also a playground for children outside. You never have to wait long, and the food is always delicious! Only one point deducted because I suspect the fries aren't always freshly made. They're often very hard, quite dark, and greasy; it seems to me as if they're pre-fried and then quickly put back in the fryer to reheat them when ordered.

15/10/2025: For a special occasion in mid-October, we chose to stay at the Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, nestled in the woods of Pinzolo. From the moment we entered, we sensed a sense of harmony: wood, stone, and natural light blended together in an elegant architecture perfectly integrated into the landscape. The welcome at reception was attentive and friendly, with attentive staff who were always available and helpful. To reach the suite, you need to use two elevators, a rather unusual choice for a property of this size, making the journey to the room a bit more complicated. The suite is spacious and bright, with a glass wall separating the living area from the bathroom, only partially screened by vertical wooden slats, leaving limited privacy in the shower and tub. The toilet and bidet area, however, was decidedly inadequate: too small, windowless, and separated from the rest of the bathroom by a sliding door, it felt almost claustrophobic. The wooden terrace overlooking the garden and mountains is well-furnished with comfortable sofas, but the view, while pleasant, isn't quite as spectacular as one would expect from a resort of this caliber. Inside, the soft lighting system with switches distributed throughout is practical and intuitive. Upon request, a larger bathrobe was delivered promptly, confirming the efficient service. The spa, the heart of the resort, is spread over three levels: the pool area, the largest and most visible, includes an indoor pool connected to a heated outdoor section; next come the treatment areas and the thermal area, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and two additional pools, one unheated sports pool and one more intimate and warm. The small buffet with biodegradable containers is highly appreciated, a tasteful and environmentally friendly detail. Overall, however, the spa fails to convey the sense of fulfillment one expects from a luxury establishment: when compared to the best mountain resorts, it inevitably falls significantly short. Dinner at the Grual restaurant, already reviewed separately, was excellent and remains the highlight of the entire stay. A good night's sleep was restful, and the bed was comfortable; however, it was surprising that, despite the suite's numerous closets, there were no pillows of varying firmness: only two, both very soft, with no firmer or intermediate options. Breakfast was impressive: a wide selection, quality ingredients, and prompt service. A more than satisfying experience, with high-quality food and meticulous preparation. Comparison with the only other large luxury resort in the area is inevitable, and unfortunately, the Lefay doesn't quite hold up. It remains a pleasant stay, enhanced by excellent cuisine, but it lacks that touch of perfection that transforms a luxury experience into an unforgettable memory.

10/08/2025: Dear Bar Sparer Team, I recently visited your restaurant with friends, and we generally enjoyed the visit – we were particularly impressed by the friendly service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed another employee shout loudly and disrespectfully at this waiter simply because he had accidentally opened the wrong box. This situation was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness – especially since the waiter in question was truly attentive, polite, and dedicated. I sincerely hope that such situations can be better resolved internally in the future, without them taking place in front of the guests. Because good employees deserve support rather than public criticism.

01/08/2025: We were there around 10:00, and only a few tables were occupied. We sat down at a free table. Then the waitress came over and pointedly pointed out to us that only hotel guests were allowed to sit there. "Other side," whatever that meant. We left. Apparently, we weren't welcome. We had breakfast at a different location. With a €10 entrance fee/for the lakeside pool, it's not a recommended place anyway.

16/11/2025: Clean atmosphere, welcoming, and professional owners and staff. Perfect background music that doesn't drown out the conversation. Excellent food: the pizza base is perfect, the cured meats and cheeses are top-quality... super generous portions. We'll be back often. Congratulations.

28/09/2025: A truly lovingly decorated alpine hut with extremely friendly staff. The Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) was incredibly delicious.

23/09/2025: Yesterday I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. The order was prepared extremely efficiently and with no detail overlooked. The sandwich was simply sublime; paired with their Dante 67, it was a treat for the taste buds. FuoriStile is always a guarantee for excellent beers accompanied by extremely professional service! 🔥🍻

05/11/2025: We've been living in Schenna for four years now, but only just managed to visit the new owners. It was well worth it! As befits a visit to such a centuries-old inn, we chose a table in the original, preserved 15th-century smokehouse, where, unfortunately, there's no longer an open fire. The food—venison medallions and sliced ​​veal with grilled porcini mushrooms—was absolutely exquisite, as was the selection of drinks. Despite being full with several groups, we received excellent and friendly service throughout and were even treated to a complimentary limoncello at the end! We wish Thomas Schönweger and his team all the very best and will be back soon!

31/10/2025: A first-class, cozy, and stylishly furnished inn dating back to the 15th century. We dined there twice during our vacation and felt very comfortable. The service is excellent and attentive. Reservations are recommended. This inn offers fine dining, which should be taken into account. If you're looking for a special evening, this is the place to go. We highly recommend it.

25/10/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our vacation apartment landlady and were not disappointed. The food was truly excellent and the service incredibly friendly. We had our dog with us, and he was also warmly welcomed. If you order the cheaper menu, the portions are a bit smaller, so you might want to eat everything. In the evening, we parked directly below the restaurant, which, according to the landlady, is fine in the evening. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

20/10/2025: We went to Tschafon for pizza today. I'd like to thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. It's a pizzeria just like I imagine in Italy – rustic and warm. The pizza and dessert were all delicious. We can recommend it without reservation.

18/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. You should definitely make a reservation; we were lucky and were able to get a table before the rush. We had pizza and pasta – it was delicious, the best pizza we'd had on our entire vacation. Friendly service, great team!

13/11/2025: Last night I dined at the Bandus Restaurant in Levico Terme. The restaurant is beautiful and refined: Giovanna and Francesca have a true penchant for beautiful, elegant, and chic things, and they are two hosts who are dedicated to satisfying their guests' needs. The food is simply superb: the grilled meat is exquisite, top-quality, and cooked to perfection by highly professional staff. Every detail is taken care of, and the staff is always ready to answer any questions. A truly TOP restaurant in Valsugana!

19/11/2025: Good service and delicious food. A reservation is recommended. In summer, you can sit on the lovely terrace and relax with a glass of wine or another drink. Inside, the decor is rustic and cozy.
