03/10/2025: Salvatore is an incredibly warm person, and his small bakery is a real insider tip. The bread is of outstanding quality—you can simply taste the passion for his craft. Even though the display may seem small, Salvatore conjures up anything you wish to order. We especially recommend the focaccia and croissants—simply heavenly!
26/09/2025: The bakery is run by the "boss," who is deeply committed to traditional craftsmanship—which he masters and consistently translates into the most delicious results. The finest ingredients are used to award-winning results.
We primarily work by advance order.
If you're nearby and have the opportunity, it's your own fault if you don't stock up on bread (in various varieties), focaccia (made according to regional recipes upon request), pizza, etc., and even pastries.
Once you've been there, you'll shop there again.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

03/12/2025: Excellent dinner in a very comfortable and pet-friendly setting. The staff was smiling and attentive, and the service was prompt. The food was very good; the garlic and parmesan focaccia was a delightful discovery. The house wine was really good. I highly recommend it.

27/10/2025: Unfortunately, all the staff at the cash register or at the coffee machine are always nervous and give rude answers, especially to a lady with short hair. It's a shame because the products are delicious.
No problems with the people in the dining room, always kind.

The host family is incredibly friendly, and Mrs. Zmailer has received numerous awards for her creations, especially those using local herbs, such as her nettle soup and dumplings. It sounds unusual, but it tastes unusually good too! 👍 👍 👍
And if, for whatever reason, you don't want to eat here, you should at least try one of the excellent spritzers made with local berries—they're fantastic! Sitting at Zmailer's, enjoying the view, gazing into the distance at the surrounding mountain peaks of the Merano Basin, the Val Venosta, and the Val Passiria, and simply letting things be... that's all you need to be completely happy! 😀😃🙂

14/11/2025: We ate well, with an excellent selection of wines and beers. The service was impeccable. We had a small problem with the cooking of the fish, which was resolved in an excellent manner. The panoramic view was exceptional.

The only drawback is the difficulty with parking.

Since all the tables were already booked for dinner, even in November, we opted for the set lunch menu. We were thrilled.
