03/06/2025: Yes, the service and the food here are really good. The only exception is the blonde lady (presumably the restaurant manager) who needs to work on her manner (very bossy and not at all customer-oriented). You get the impression that you order quickly, eat, pay, and leave quickly, and you should also refrain from asking for another table.
Training on how to deal with guests and their criticism would certainly be very helpful.
It's a shame about this restaurant; otherwise, it would have received a better rating.
03/06/2025: The service rating would also be 6 stars. Unfortunately, there's no option for price/performance, although in my opinion this would be the best way to rate it. The Burggräfler Weinstube also gets a 5⭐️.

It's worth the detour for us while passing through.
10/06/2025: Very good pizza at a fair price. The pizzas are very large and exceptionally delicious. The atmosphere is very nice. There is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The outdoor terrace is really cozy.

12/05/2025: Good lunch in a welcoming environment, with attentive service and attention to detail. The outdoor courtyard is a pleasant surprise hidden in a quiet city alley. The menu offers varied and well-thought-out dishes, in which the quality of the ingredients and the attention to preparation are perceived. The carbonara is excellent. Absolutely recommended!

16/06/2025: The people are extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. Arrived before they opened for dinner. They let us sit at the table and have a drink before the kitchen was ready. The food is excellent, the menu card has a good choice and the prices are fair. We stayed overnight at one of their apartments and all went very well. I can only recommend this place!

The owner/waiter behind the sledge is an elderly man, very Italian, authentic and interesting.

17/06/2025: I was here with a friend and had spaghetti with prawns and, to start, hake. However, it was pureed, which isn't really my thing and should have been mentioned. They were very accommodating to my complaint and served me an excellent char from Lake Garda. This was accompanied by a Valpolicella from Villa Spinosa, which we enjoyed. The service was all very good and friendly. Very professional.
Highly recommended.
13/06/2025: Hi - we had an amazing meal here: great service, fabulous food and lovely sud tirol wine to accompany. Excellent service also and very good value for the standard of cuisine with a lovely view of the lake.

18/04/2025: The food was amazing and the service even better. All the staff were incredible and very accommodating. The menu changes daily and all food is cooked very fresh. You can tell the chef is very passionate about what he does.

29/06/2025: Refuge and food quality nothing to say. Service not suitable for the amount of people present at lunch.
First course ordered and not brought, requested twice but nothing, I did not eat, same for dessert...at least the others ate with me and I tasted their dishes...
At the cashier no apologies but empathy is requested, well...maybe when you make a mistake it is enough to apologize. (but they give a 10% discount...)
Therefore I cannot leave more than 2 stars, only for the service and the ways of doing things.
