03/05/2026: Terrible. Burnt chicken, rubbery bruschetta. Embarrassing bill for the two dishes consumed. The waitress insisted on clearing my plate while I still had a bite in my mouth and food on my plate. I felt uncomfortable. I'm afraid I have to strongly advise against it.

26/04/2026: We had two delicious burgers. The ingredients were top-quality, the staff was friendly and smiling, and the terrace was lovely! It's a shame I didn't take a photo, but we were very hungry. 😂

02/06/2026: The atmosphere was really appealing at first glance. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, it became clear that everything was a bit run-down and musty. The burgers were okay, but nothing special. The patty was decent, but nothing extraordinary, the buns were a bit thin/dry, and the sauces were rather average. For the price, I simply expected more flavor and quality.

12/06/2026: A delightful little place, with a beautiful courtyard where you can dine under a pergola. The food is very good and plentiful, though it's a shame about the waiters: they're professional and fast, but a smile would have been appreciated. The same goes for the owner.

08/06/2026: Exclusive ambiance. Beautiful courtyard, beautiful restaurant interior, super friendly hostess, excellent wine list. The menu changes regularly; we've been there several times and there's always something new to taste. The waitress is exceptional. She was always incredibly friendly, did her job perfectly, and was always up for a joke. Unfortunately, the waiter we had this time was a bit off his game. He simply made three or four mistakes too many to warrant a five-star rating. We'll definitely be back, though, and if things improve next time, we'll adjust the rating. This restaurant is one of the best on the Wine Route. We were there again last week (June 2026), again with new menus, and the food was once again delicious and beautifully presented. The service was better this time. However, the wine prices on the menu never match the prices at the winery, as they tell you. For example, none of the three white Lafoas cost anywhere near €51 at the Schreckbichl winery.

06/06/2026: Very nice place, although the menu was short, I found excellent quality. They served me a very tender guinea fowl! Congratulations!!!!

13/06/2026: It's a 20-minute walk from the shuttle's arrival. The return journey is all downhill on foot; we did it with a stroller and it took us just over an hour. The food was divine, especially the pappardelle with game ragù, which was fantastic, but also the spetzle and goulash. Very friendly service.

18/05/2026: Fantastic restaurant with friendly service and a stunning panoramic view! The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, including seasonal options. Upon request, they even prepared Kaiserschmarrn for us, even though it's no longer on the menu. Excellent service! In the summer, you can also enjoy the breathtaking view from the terrace.

01/05/2026: On the recommendation of our guesthouse owner, we discovered this restaurant – and it was absolutely worth it. The appetizer menu alone was so tempting that we would have loved to order everything. The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was quite busy in the evening; without a reservation, we were lucky to get a table – later on, that would hardly have been possible.

30/04/2026: Well done, great service! A quaint place. The only flaw is that the desserts aren't up to par with the other dishes. The strudel is missing!!!

07/04/2026: There were not many options in the area, so we were sceptical about this restaurant. However we were proven wrong in the most positive way. The antipasti plate for two could easily feed a whole family. It was so much food, that all the tables had a plastic container to take the rest home. Carpaccio, salami, prosciutto, breads and salad with fermented vegetables. Just great. We opted for easy options when it comes to pasta. Carbonara and Bolognese were perfectly seasoned. Nothing extra. Just right. At the end, tiramisu with a coffee. The atmosphere was so nice. A lot of local italian families on Sunday dinner together. All of this for mere 55€. Just. Great.

07/05/2026: I'm writing this review with the sincere intention of encouraging the staff to improve. I've had the pleasure of dining here numerous times, and I feel compelled to share an experience that, while impacting my score, is intended to be a constructive input to help optimize the service. Last week, we called and booked a dinner for 8-10 people. We arrived promptly at 8:30 pm (eight people) and found the table beautifully set. However, when the waitress arrived, we were immediately informed that several items on the menu were unavailable. Unfortunately, these included not only side dishes, but also numerous cuts of meat, and even the desserts were almost sold out. We ordered what we could, but not what we would have liked. The bill seemed a bit high, especially considering the advance reservation and the large number of people. We sincerely expected at least all the items on the menu to be available. The one-star rating for service refers exclusively to the organizational and logistical aspects, not the wait staff, who were nonetheless efficient, friendly, and competent. I hope to return and experience the same level of service that has always distinguished this establishment. Best regards, Nicola & friends

11/09/2025: An absolute highlight in Bruneck! The b.local impresses with delicious food, a great atmosphere, and incredibly friendly service. The dishes are creative, fresh, and simply a delight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something special in Bruneck! I'll definitely be back.
