08/08/2025: We had the truffle ravioli with artichoke filling and were absolutely thrilled. The location is truly beautiful; we sat outside and received excellent service. It was always quick, there was always a server nearby, and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely come back.

06/08/2025: We went with my family to dinner (my son, my husband and I). The place is nice but the staff does not know how to serve people who do not speak Italian. It took them a long time to serve us and then also to charge us, and the food was quite scarce, the meat was of good quality but the side dishes were very poor.

21/07/2025: 7 of us arrived at lunch and they were able to accommodate us at an outside table. Nice menu with good options plus knowledgeable help with wines. We all found something we wanted and service was efficient but not rushed. Quiet setting on small side street near one of city gates. Good recommendation from our city walk guide.

20/07/2025: A quaint and welcoming place. Young and very knowledgeable staff. Typical local dishes, very well prepared. Perfectly cooked meat! Excellent first courses. High-quality ingredients. We were surprised by the truly amazing wild organic olive oil...we bought two bottles, even though the price is high, it's worth every penny! I would go back.

05/08/2025: We came on the recommendation of our guide and were not disappointed. Exceptionally good food, delicately seasoned, introduced us to Tuscan cuisine. A clear recommendation for high-quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. It's a pleasure to be a guest here. We would have liked to come more often, but we were told that only cash payments were accepted.

03/08/2025: Change of ownership! We were regulars at this authentic and discreet restaurant, run by two charming gentlemen, with a small, simple menu full of flavors. Always recommended by the 2025 Routard guide, it's now very different. We're always very well received by a smiling and friendly team, the prices are always reasonable, the decor is even more pleasant in this magnificent location, and the food is good but not exceptional. We should give them a chance and not compare them with their old identity!

26/07/2025: We ate as a family. The pasta was delicious. Everyone agreed. We tried penne pesto, pisci with veal, and papardelle with ragù.

08/08/2025: We spent a wonderful evening at Enoteca Gustavo during our stay in San Gimignano. Giorgio welcomed us with great kindness and passion! His expert advice allowed us to discover a superb selection of local pecorino cheeses, perfectly paired with carefully selected wines. We also had wonderful discussions about French wines and champagnes, in a friendly and authentic atmosphere. A must-visit for lovers of fine products, where you can take the time to savor and share.

06/08/2025: We stumbled upon this wine shop almost by chance during a stroll through San Gimignano, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of the trip. The atmosphere is super welcoming, relaxed, perfect for enjoying a good glass of wine. The owners, a mother and son, are truly friendly; we immediately felt at ease. He took the time to recommend and let us taste some excellent wine. The food was also a real treat: a mix of bruschetta and a platter of cured meats and cheeses, made just right, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Thanks again, and see you next time! 🍷

11/08/2025: Siamo andati apposta per mangiare le tartar, hanno un’ottima varietà di combinazioni e tutte azzeccate. Un piccolo neo: la carne era leggermente “nervosa” quindi non si scioglieva in bocca. Attenti allo scontrino, sarà stata una svista ma abbiamo trovato qualcosa di troppo. Per il resto tutto bene

07/06/2025: The tartar is terrible. It's not sirloin and it's not cut properly. They put in pieces that look like steak and have sinewy edges. They play around with camouflaging the meat with other strong flavors so you don't notice it's not sirloin. We told the owner, and on top of that, he became aggressive and rude, his professionalism as bad as a bad dish. The most disappointing thing I've ever eaten. I'm posting photos so people can see what they serve here. Disgraceful.

03/08/2025: The service was very attentive and polite. The food was good value for money, and it tasted delicious. The wild boar was just right, not too dry. They also provided a good wine recommendation.

11/07/2025: A wonderful hotel! Just a stone's throw from San Gimignano, the rooms are very clean, as are the two pools. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide, well deserved! We had a wonderful and delicious stay!

05/08/2025: The food was delicious and the view from the terrace was fantastic. However, the service could have been improved, as we had to wait a long time. Many neighboring tables that arrived later received their food before us.

31/07/2025: Great location, great food and wine. The dining area was full but we were able to wait in the lounge with stunning view, great service.

09/08/2025: The outdoor ambiance is really nice. We thought the pizza was very good, and the pasta was okay. Unfortunately, the waitress made us feel very uncomfortable. He was very rude and arrogant towards us because we didn't have a reservation, making silly comments half in English and half in Italian. Apparently, there was plenty of space, though, and some tables remained empty throughout the evening. The service was generally very chaotic; you had to ask for everything separately: oil and vinegar with the salad; everyone except us got bread, a glass with our drinks, etc. We've rarely felt so uncomfortable; we won't be back.

31/07/2025: As always, going by sense, we found a pearl in the woods... located in the woods adjacent to San Gemignano, you can notice the youthful and intriguing touch of young people who deserve what they have created... meat-based dinner with top quality and zero-mile products... count? 10 out of 10... a place to add to the list of favorites... thanks Annalisa, Paola, Filippo, Cosimo, Viciani... a hug from the weather belt

18/07/2025: We have stayed in this house some years ago, perhaps 2005?, when it was on a Agriturismo list. The location, with its superb views and proximity to San Gimignano, is wonderful. We look forward to returning one day to partake in the wine tasting that has received so many marvellous reviews here.

16/07/2025: The location was truly beautiful, overlooking San Gimignano—a stunning view! The wines and the platter we ordered were good and tasty. Personally, we found the wines a bit expensive. We love wine and have had better wines elsewhere for a more reasonable price. That said, they certainly weren't bad.

25/07/2025: Zeer goede en heel vriendelijke bediening. Lekkere cocktails die hun geld zeker waard zijn (ongeveer €8 per cocktail). En natuurlijk lekker eten op een aangenaam terras, weg uit de drukte. Kleine tip: even wachten met eten te bestellen want het komt snel.
