31/03/2024: Everything was great! I am gluten intolerant and they were able to adapt with great kindness. The service was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves! Calm atmosphere, soft music, in short a great time, I recommend 100%!
26/03/2024: A culinary masterpiece! This Italian restaurant is an absolute must for foodies. The wild boar I tasted was a real taste sensation and definitely a highlight of the menu. However, it wasn't just the food that impressed me, but also the exceptional service of the host Tiziano. His tireless dedication and commitment to the well-being of the guests made our evening something special. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

05/04/2024: Nice restaurant, however the food was average. The bisteca Fiorentina was a marvelous piece of meat (Chianina), however it wasn't well cooked or seasoned. By well I don't mean temperature, we asked for it bloody, as recommended by the chef. We also had grilled chicken with rosemary potatoes which was not tasty. The taglatelle ai funghi porcini were soupy and the mushrooms were slimy in texture.

30/12/2023: Iniziamo con il dire che io adoro San Gimignao ed adoro questo hotel, tanto da farlo diventare un mio apountamento fisso almeno una volta l'anno ( se riesco di più). Il posto è stupendo, con una vista meravigliosa. La struttura è davvero ben gestita, da persone gentilissime, cortesi e molto valide. Il servizio sia di colazione che di ristorazione è gustoso e ricco (soprattutto la colazione).

Cover charge €2.50, glass of wine €8, water €3.50, coffee €2.50, bitters €5.
In short, with a platter of cold cuts and a plate of crostoni to split between 2 we spent €60!
“GREAT plate of cured meats and cheeses” only the price was great (€21)

05/11/2023: The best Place in San Gimignano. The view from the inn's garden is spectacular, the room is very good and the owner Francesca and her father Mauro are wonderful and sweet people. I highly recommend everyone who wants to go to San Gimignano to stay at this hotel.
07/10/2023: I wish I could give six stars. We absolutely loved our stay here. Its just a short walk from town, uphill though. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The view of San Gimignano is unbelievable. Breakfast was super tasty and generous and served in the garden(depending on season) where you have this great view. Last but not least is how incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful Francesca was.

29/03/2024: An authentic Florentine restaurant that maintains Tuscan dishes that differ from other tourist proposals. Varied menu, good value for money, portions that satisfy the palate, excellent quality.
A note for the service: attentive, kind, discreet staff who take care of the room and contact with the customer. We were very satisfied, it was the place we were looking for.

Giuseppe suggested a fish for two, which we imagined would have a lower value than 2 identical individual dishes (50.00 Euros), which to our surprise we were charged more (60.00 Euros).
I thought it was an unethical stance.
30/03/2024: Very friendly staff and excellent food.
A great place to stop for dinner if in San Gimignano or the surrounding area.
Really excellent.

31/10/2023: Located at a little corner, La Biscondola serves up simple Italian fare. We visited after lunchtime and it was one of the few eateries still open and taking customers.
Food was great overall, the vibes were good, service was prompt and friendly. As we were sharing a pasta, the crew even portioned out the pasta proactively before serving.
Recommended if you are around the area!

Hotel La Collegiata

30/03/2024: Magnificent structure, it seems that time has stopped in the Collegiate. We were able to relax like nowhere else. Special thanks to the staff, Stefano was always available for every request and the breakfast was simply divine. We can't wait to return!
